  • I know this video is still a bit long but heres some talking points of the things i discuss :)
-current battles & exposures of walking/ being alone
-a small look into one of my traumas with being kidnapped
-frustrations/ distorted thinking and intrusive thoughts
if you have any requests or questions, let me know, i'm an open book!
p.s. i saw janeyfromkorea post this quote and i fell in love with it, so its just something to keep in mind:
Beautiful people do not just happen. The most beautiful people we have are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known loss, and those who have found their way out of depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen. -Elizabeth Kubler Ros

You have a lot of courage to talk about the things that have happened to you. I have gone through a lot of traumatic experiences as well and I have a lot of trouble talking about them like that, mostly because I have trust issues with people. I feel like if I open up too much, people will turn on me and use the information against me in some way. It just makes me feel vulnerable but I know it is a fear I need to overcome.

I've actually read somewhere that gluten (found in wheat/barley/oat/rye) can cause some people to have OCD tendencies. Have you heard this and tried it. Gluten is in anything like pasta/bread/rolls/cakes etc.
