  • Glad he allowed me to record this exercise. I try to watch this with my boy so that he doesn't forget as well.This exercise I believe is one of the basic warm ups of Aikido. It consist of meditation, misogi, yoga, stretching, hara movements,etc. I try my best to practice this daily outside of the dojo.
