about 11 years ago I had a really bad panic attack by just trying weed with that I did have racing thoughts an fast heart beats an from their I develop a panic disorder, now I was already an anxious person and did have seasonal depression prior to that/what do you think happen during that incident and do you think I cause eriversable damage to my brain chemistry because it's been 11 years an I still have bad anxiety an panic disorder an now I have to take medication just from this one incident.

If that's the case I don't recommend using THC products, it may be THC is bad for your brain chemistry, everyone is different. You can try CBG or CBD as that has a calming effect and no THC

Once you have a panic attack you’re bound to keep getting them only because you fear , fear. Meaning the very thing you fear keeps coming up because you think about it and when you’re scared to have one you actually talk yourself into having one. Just like if I tell you not to think about the Mona Lisa. What’s the first thing you just thought about? Learn to talk yourself out of them. I still have anxiety as far as feeling anxious but I don’t let it get that far. I just say to myself. This is just anxiety and there’s nothing wrong with me.

@@jakewells4098 It's good to have a great comedy movie or tv show on as well, preferably one you've already seen. I used to always get euphoria all over my mind and body on THC and then life happened and weed was no longer fun because I started to overthink things, I hated the feeling I started to get, no matter which strain or dose. Later I found out that putting on a comedy movie or shows I've already seen takes my mind off these negative feelings, then I start laughing and get wonderful tingles all over my body. I have yet to try consuming in nature which I assume probably helps because nature can also be distracting and fun. If all else fails, there is always stronger psychedelics which can fix a person's mind at low doses.

@@MistaUanteik420 good advice . I actually ended up with a bad fear of chemicals which I’ve outgrown but I smoked weed for a long time and then I had to quit for a job. After I passed the test my brother had brought some back from cali and I smoked a blunt thinking it’d be just like old times lol but I got really high and started panicking. Then I remembered we had sprayed for bugs and I had rolled the blunt on a table on my room and I thought , what if that got on the weed. Needless to say I really started panicking then and thought I had poisoned myself. For a long time after that I constantly washed my hands and was very mindful of any type of chemical I got around. It was very bad. Chemicals are pretty much everywhere lol I still can’t smoke much for that reason. I know it sounds stupid but most anxiety is.

@@jakewells4098 Haha yeah weed would make you overthink stuff like that. In that instance, if I was you, I would have asked myself, If bug spray really got into the weed, I would have been coughing and hacking like if I were to smoke a chili pepper or something haha.. I used to smoke blunts and then switched to joints and now I no longer smoke but vaporize it. I'm never going back to smoking.
