    Cool, that 70 needs a big block for sure! I owned two A bodies, a70 SS 396 ,and a 71 SS 454. I definitely love A body Elcominos! Can't wait to see more of yours!

    Nice one. It screams for a 454, that 327 is more than happy to move over into something else 😀 Happy to see you keep finding those old musclecar gems. Keep up the good work.

    That's one sweet ride . I'm a sbc chevy guy myself love a good 383 stroker and a 4 speed muncie with a 12 bolt

      With a nasty big block! I’ll drive it as is right now until I finishing building the engine. This car will end up fully restored, and probably converted to a four-speed.

    Love the el Camino Dezzy. Had a 72 and rear ended my girlfriend now wife 20 + years ago. Totaled the poor thing but kept the 350 and turbo 400.

    I like this find of yours much.
    Not a fan of El C's in the day but my dad had a 70 Chevelle and I sure remember that front end.
    I feel the same about the vinyl roof and the "foreskin" cover on the back.
    Big block or small, up to you.

      Yeah, it will definitely be getting a big block when it’s all said and done and this one will be fully restored with a four-speed. I might even keep the bench seat.

    I had one in the 80s except mine had the cowl hood. Wish I kept the working cowl now.

    Another nice one! I don't know how you do it, you must have a good paying gig or something. I remember seeing that car several years ago unless there was another Camino with gold kragers running around Lakewood and Spunaway area.
