Honestly, if they do a school map, I wouldn't be surprised. They've already covered heavy topics and I hope they do, things happen and its terrible. I feel like ready or not is sort of a way to tell people this.

Anybody who's into games like this is well aware of the mass shooting problem already, ditto for people who dont even play games at all tbh. It wouldn't be "getting the word out" or some other noble cause lol. Trying to accurately depict something like a school shooting is only ever gonna come off as crass and tasteless in a game that is, ultimately, meant to be played for fun, no matter how realistic it is.
Either will be school or the teased streamer map considering that the area it's located looks like a relatively residential area.
There’s a lot that could be done with the school map. I’d say all game modes for that map would be perfect scenarios. Tough subject matter but I guess it would depend on what the devs would deem appropriate. They already have the little girl on the barricaded suspects mode on the 213 map. Adding child npcs to a map like that would definitely be controversial
Tbh one key feature that the game is missing so far is a categorized matchmaking (casual/realistic sim etc) instead of going to discord to find proper peeps to join

STILL the same problem in map design STILL exist, they really need to look into how real buildings are laid out.
Every single building in the game has the looping feature built in, there are multiple doors that leads into a circular pattern.
A lot of offices, houses and hospitals I have seen, a very prevalent design that SWAT 4 respected was that a lot of rooms were dead ends, one door in and out.
It is being used as a crutch for their Ai currently, and is overused to give their Ai an alternate path to come up behind you in every instance.
While there are buildings that have circular / looping paths, they are the rarity rather than the norm, although they have respected it at least for bathrooms so far...
The more linear a level is, the less replay value it has. Looping buildings may not be realistic but they allow for more options in how you choose to play through a given level, rather than locking you into the same route every time
They should fix the horrible SWAT AI teammates first!
