Want to know more about Minecraft? Minecraft is an online virtual sandbox type game where people of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. Nearly everything on Minecraft is built and designed by the players. Each player starts by choosing a character and giving it a name. They can then explore Minecraft having fun by chatting and working with other players to survive in survival mode or even create huge structures with an unlimited lego like set of blocks. He's just reusing a really old build technique from 2013... If you ask me it doesn't look that great. But I'm spoiled, after all I've played too much modded in my life, can't build anything without carpentry and chisel...

my only complaint on your video is your voice is so quiet then you play music much louder. i dont want to be adjusting my volume every thirty seconds.

The big issue I find with your "Upgrades" timelapses are that you are not building some sections that would make sense on one build stage, in order to build another. This video shows it well, with the houses that you first build not being closed on one side of the roof, so you can build the first tower easier. While this is perfectly fine for a properly planned build made in stages, I see these as "you build this perfectly functional thing. This is how you can upgrade it to be or look better."
I would prefer if you made things such that they are functional at each stage. For the next stage, you may have to tear down a wall or build a bridge to connect them, but there is no reason to not include that wall or build that bridge in the previous stage.
Shadiversity has a video about how castles were actually built, and it shows this well. They had what amounts to a single-room building made of wood or stone, then they expanded it to multiple rooms, then they gave it another floor, then attached or continued into a tower, then they built a wall, then they made additional buildings inside that wall. If they needed to expand they added more walls and built within those, with the secondary walls usually being lower-quality (shorter/thinner if stone, or else just made of wood).
But that one-room shack had four walls and a roof. The multi-room upgrade had the roof extended off the original. The second floor was made by tearing off the roof off.

Andy you don't even need the other 6 upgrades. this looks absolutely breathtaking I love those raised farms with that wall that follows them up to the house looks like a good concept for a modern build definitely got some inspiration from this great video!

i would like to see a usable village with npc's. some of your village builds cant actually be used by villagers cause the doors are all hidden or too far away from sky

I love the style of these videos, I don’t even play Minecraft anymore but I enjoy watching others build things! Please lower the music or raise the volume of your voice! I kept having to lower and raise the volume manually because either I couldn’t hear you or the music hurt my ears lol
Edit: one more tip! You also should show the build from the players point of view at the end, like you would see it in survival! Like just a quick tour on foot.

I have a small addition anyone can do. Since you beautifully terraced the farm you could make it semi automatic and have water flow from the top down. It would destroy pumpkins and watermelons sadly, but It would work for wheat, carrots, potatoes, and beetroot. I'll attempt to build this on my survival world. Great video my good man!

I don't know why I needed to see this video, but it's very clear that I did now. I'm building in a Shattered Savannah biome right now and I started with a house on top of a natural pillar and bridged out to the nearby mountains. However, now I had a widely obsolete and ugly looking 'watchtower' and a still insufficient farm on the ground below.
But then... then I saw how you connected all of those farm plots together with a cute little stream, and it was right then and there that I *_KNEW_* what I needed to do with that pillar, that watchtower, and that dinky little farm. I'm hopping onto my Minecraft world right now to implement this.

@@andyisyoda Didn't go quite as planned (pillar was too wide and short) but I ended up building a much better farm layout than my original plan and that in turn has inspired more ideas.

Love you videos but when you talk I have to turn my phone up which is fine but then the music you play is 3 times as loud as your voice so I have to turn my phone down so I end up constantly changing my volume can you make the music a bit quieter please. Or if a efficient way for a base, do that same concept but just a giant tower of wheat 6×6 wide, long then a hole in the middle for the water. There you have a humongous wheat farm with some useless seeds "Unless you use those seeds for a shop". Just make sure for each layer it 3-4 blocks high so you can add light and walk around so you can harvest that wheat.

I would like to see how you upgrade a Nether Fortress. The structure itself is already impressive, but a few people like to be able to "live" in the fortress while mining in the Nether. Optimizing water to farmland ratio is a 9x9 block area with water in the middle since 1 water source can keep up to 4 blocks away of farm land fertile. Yes it gets the corner plots too

I've been watching you for quite some time, but I miss your old videos. For nearly 2 years 95% of what you've uploaded is 5x5 or rustic. I would love to see more lets plays with modern, suburban, etc. Houses and mansions, and Inspiration series. Keralis you and Grian used to be my inspiration and building fuel for this game, but you all kind of branched into different things and I rarely play anymore and my builds aren't as good. Your content is still enjoyable no hate towards anyone; just making a statement.

Thx, I think I'll just stick to the level 6. I wanted a nice house for farming but something I can put in survival. That would mean having the appropriate resources. At level 6 and 7 is where I can see myself going, where am I going to find the time to obtain these resources. Once I get the stone tower up I'll just stop there.
