What you are seeing is complete piping of a bathroom with all 3 things
- Shower area
- WC
- & Basin
These CPVC pipes get concealed inside wall plaster & are never visible.
CPVC pipes have completely replaced G.I pipes ( Galvanised Iron ) Pipes. mainly because these are more long lasting as they never catch rust.
They are more affordable compared to other metal pipes. withstand high temperatures.
The heat loss is also less hence makes them more energy efficient.
There are different types & thickness of CPVC pipes, what you are seeing are all meant for interior use.

Sorry to say. Your installation is wrong. In plumbing for soul and waste water pipes you can not use 90degree bnds. Here in your I installation you used 90 degree bend. No plumbing code allow 90 degree bend and tee.

Europe system is diferent. Not every branch of sewer has its own vent, pipes are much bigger (inside diameter):
- Lavatory - 40 mm
- Kitchen sink - 50 mm
- Batch - 50 mm or 75 mm
- Toilet - 110 mm
- Out of house to street sewer - 125 mm or 160 mm, or in some cases 200 mm
These pipes does not need so much vent as lower sized US pipes.One major ventilation for all branches is enough.
