No. The wing creates downforce on the back which makes the front of the car lift. Cars are shaped a lot like wings, so increase the angle of attack you actually produce lift, with the body of the car acting like a wing, and the spoiler acting like the elevator on a aircraft. That's the whole reason for a spoiler in the first place: to keep the car planted at high speeds.

Yo Neil. Instead of removing the rear wing you should remove the front splitter. It causes downforce in the front which makes the cars nose down and get less distance.
