He’s keeping the right beat! He’s hitting everything when he’s supposed to hit it, and how he’s supposed to hit it. That’s all that matters in a drummer.
The actions themselves require so much skill in themselves, but he's not only doing that, but he's also keeping the beat pretty much perfectly, as well as keeping the hits consistant. That's just... wow...

"02:50 The Half Miyagi" xDDDDDDDD
JUST MADE THE TOP 10 BEST COMMENTS I EVER SAW ON RUclips, HANDS DOWN
All the stuff he's doing actually requires mad skill.
Respects for him

He's playing a classic 4/4 beat the whole time. His drumming takes no skill. It's all a show homie.
@@dt347 and people in the 60s tried to say Jimi hendrix was all show and no skill also...smh

This band should be called The Mullet, cos it's all business in the front, an one hell of a party in the back.
Comment of the year.
Win.
Is it weird to be aroused by this?
I'm never eating while reading comments again! I have to get cake out of my nose...
you deserve this like
I come back to see this one every now and then, cause it's just so awesome.
Me too!! L♥ve it!
me too. this is classic! I'd put this on a resume.
Me too. It's so fucking good, or I should say, that drummer is really fucking good.
That’s why I’m here, right now. Hahaha
Me too, it's liberating
4:17 It's cute how they wave around their guitars thinking they are doing some cool moves, while there is a raging tornado in the background.
Ive seen people fight off swarms of hornets with less enthusiam.

It's like an octopus on acid, with great rhythm.
Casey Skinner
I love the ocean, Casey!

Unbelievable skills. To be able to do that and play the drums with such precision is absolutely incredible. Hats off to the Mad drummer
I've actually seen them live like 3 or 4 times. Steve Moore, the drummer, is actually a really awesome person. They all are.
I love to see this drummer! it's 2024 and i still come back to see this band. Greetings from Germany.

Give that drummer a pair of swords, and you'll have the greatest martial arts master that ever lived.
Or Lightsabers.
he's gonna decapitate himself or get scars all over his body
agreed.
GoodKat It will break the drum skin, though...
Drunken master defo
I lost my shit at 2:20 with the robot drummer - seriously, wtf is he doing in this band?

Look up some Gene Krupa with Benny Goodman Big Band. Maybe not quite as frenetic, but it's there. "Sing, Sing, Sing" is the song.
I've seen this 100 times and still lose my shit. Best drummer ever.
Best drummer ever ever
Chris Farley would drum like that if he were still alive.
Beatlecat1
Thad be awesome and hilarious lol
exactly what i was thinking. no kidding
Yeah! In a van down by the river.
Chris farley would be in awe with this dude.
the drummer seems as if he is being held back and should put out a video resume.
That's my cuz
I don’t know if he wrecked his life and now this is his only option or he’s so good that he never wanted to prove a thing
Everytime i see his drumming scene in The Office i have to go back and watch this
Truth be told he never lost the beat or tempo so this actually makes it more impressive! God job dude!
I can do this while losing tempo

I love this drummer. I tried this once, by accident, and almost put a trumpet player's eye out.
That's showmanship at its finest! He's extremely skilled to pull this off.
cocaine is a hell of a drug.
In this case why not, couple bumps do em right.. I the guitar players need a few
Barry Zuckercorn Haha rick james bitch
Jamie Welton Prince skit is my favorite
He's just bored..
You don't need cocaine if you love rock n roll..
It's super fuckin' impressive how *tight* his drumming is, with all this juggling going on.
This guy should be in Tenacious D
Thought this disappeared from the internet. Glad it popped back up lol
I still come back here... just to smile. 🥰
This dude makes this band,, absolute legend. Great showmanship
when all the drugs hit you at once 😬
This video has lived rent free in my head for YEARS.
I wonder how the other guys reacted when they saw this video xD
Knowing typical small band dynamics, they probably chastised him for stealing focus.
Steve Moore puts more showmanship in one song than most drummers do the whole show! Two thumbs/sticks up!!
This still is the most awsome drummer I've ever seen ten years later!
The Drummer! Whoever you are, you are one cool dude. Excellent showmanship.
I’ve come back after thirteen years as a sign of respect what a legend!
I love the respect he shows for the guitar solo at 1:57 lmao
Haha I didn't notice that! Awesome
hilar. lays back and gives the guitar its due.
This video never fails to make me happy 😁 that drummer has mad skill to do all that and stay in time

omfg i just noticed that... fuckin brilliant
Ha! Just like slapping a dead trout on a countertop.
Haha!!! "And one for you..."

Only after starting drumming can I truly appreciate how damn insane this performance is from the drummer.
Love his energy, love his enthuisasm!
This drummer guy is extremely talented. At drumming, being funny and keeping a straight face while doing all that.
now THAT'S how a drummer delivers a show.
I will never EVER get tired of watching this, and it never stops being funny. This guy could upstage Hendrix!
Every time I feel bad… I always come back to this video. It never disappoints
the drummer should be in the front of the stage, not the other dorks
I come back every once and awhile because this video is good for the soul. The flailing octopus at 2:58 gets me everytime. Legend.
I think anyone who DOESN'T play the drums like that is crazy...
this guy probably couldnt leave his bad for a week after that day's show :) but i agree this is the funniest drum play i ever watched
About a sharped dressed man?
Every once in a while I come here to see this video, puts a smile upon my face every time!
2:50 When I was younger me and my cousins would rewind and watch the drummer and laugh for hours lol 😂
This makes me want to be a drummer. Keith Moon would be proud of this brother. Great performance and great timing.
this guy is amazingly talented and loves what he does.
thats showmanship! when playing a gig the visuals and stage presence are just as important as the music
I laugh my ass off every time I watch this....this dude just kills it...amazing & hilarious...hope their tour comes up to WIsconsin some day lol
This drummer is a national treasure
Good band, no doubt. The drummer is really great on the showmanship. Probably inspired by Dino Danelli and Carmine Appice.
Que dire de plus, ce batteur est tout simplement le plus kiffant que j'ai pu voir depuis Bonham! Merci pour ton fun maître
Don't know if anyone else noticed the drummer?
No ship Sherlock sorry I just didn’t want to say shit
I'm gonna tell my kids this is Buddy Rich

BEST DRUMMER I EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!
Put the drummer in the front.
All the crazy things he does are proof that he's a virtuoso on those damn drums. I'd like to see the guy perform in a heavy metal band. He's a master.
When you're that good, that you can do this stuff, you're a legend. End of.

The LEGEND! I'm always returning to watch this amazing performance again :D
That dude is bad ass!!
Love this guy !!!! My favorite drummer ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The drummer remind me of Chris Farley, when he goes totaly mad!
I have been thinking about this man for 13 years
I love how it goes from classic showmanship to being progressively out of control
the move at 1:27 is the greatest move i've ever seen at a gig.
