Celery Stew

This is a delicious and a popular Persian stew made with celery stalks, herbs and Lambs.
ingredients :
300g Diced Thigh of Sheep
2 Onions
1 bunch Celery
1 bunch Parsley and Mint
3tbsp Verjuice
3tbsp Onion Powder
3tbsp Dried Mint
Turmeric
Salt and Pepper
