2lb Lamb Meat
3-4 Dried Limes
1lb Kidney Bean
Bunch of Parsley and Cilantro
50g Dried Fenugreek
Bunch of Leeks
1 Onions
Verjuice
Olive Oil, Turmeric, Salt and Pepper, Cinnamon
