There's just something alluring about Groms, presumably from all of us. Great vid bud, always happy to see a notification coming in from you. Also, more Burch Merch when? Hint Hint.
I didn't notice it at first since audio was consistent through the video, but listening back, I prefer the other mic I suppose to the one in the video? I don't have a great ear for audio though, I do like more treble [in] stuff so voices come through clearer though, I can't hear very low bass and/or high pitched voices, I always "balance" my audio to the left side just because of this, my right ear isn't deaf, but it's like a noticeable maybe 10dB difference?
I got my stock Grom going 110kph in a full tuck. If you haven't reset your ECU since installing your mods, you should. You should also be installing a tune on your ECU to add some more fuel.
Quandary. I think a Rebel 300/500 would be a better choice for me, second bike. But without your help I would have been lost. Just got my cage from T-Rex racing for 1100. Now to install it.
Yooo I wasn't far off, 69mph going downhill with a tailwind, bruh, get some sprockets for top speed, 3 down in the back, 1 up in front or whatever combo you want, either way... Let's shoot for 65mph on flat! Whoo!!!
Hey Burch love the videos, just picked my Rebel 1100 on Saturday. I was curious if you could get the paint code off your Metallic Black 1100, I ended up having to get Metallic Red because the dealer told me they had one in each color. Well of course they sold the black one the day before I went there but thinking of getting painted the Metallic Black.
I just got one and I’m hoping I can do some mods that won’t break the bank hoping to at least get 80 out of it it does about 64 on straight away and 71 down hill full tuck
If you have a 13T front sprocket and stock rear sprocket, when your speedo reads 73 you’re actually only doing about 63. A smaller front sprocket helps acceleration and hurts top speed. The speedo just reads higher because it’s basing the speed off of the rotations of a stock 15T/34T setup.
Mine did 114kmh (71mph) zero tuck and 100% stock. But I only weigh 160lbs. Might cam & port and ceramic coat the head, ports and piston crown and see how it performs with a restricted pipe still on cuz I need it quiet lol.
I dont get it, because yours is modded out pretty good and you only top speed at 60mph?? I just watched a video of a guy with a straight stock grom that topped out at 73 ruclips.net/video/_6gY4d6VF3A/видео.html
For this video, I switched from my normal Sony mic to a Purple Panda mic…and I don’t think the quality is where I want it to be 😔 What do you think? 🤔

Definitely not an upgrade. Would switch back to the Sony.

more grom videos fam please and thank you
You definitely gotta add that sick jump to your signature intro for all future vids
Ooo good call! I hadn’t thought of that!
2nd-ing this idea!
Another great video, thank you. I’m coming from your Rebel 1100 fan base, just having a hard time getting excited about a Grom. It’s a Grom!
Good view with the chin mount. Nice start on the video as well
Thank you!!
The Grom can fly as well just another reason you have to get one immediately.👏
I got a 17 grom with the kitaco cover, t-bolt cam, aftermarket air intake and aftermarket exhaust i can hit 80mph lol
@5:28 convinced me to buy a Grom. Sounds amazing.
brother you know that clip wasn't of the grom correct?
I'm sure if it was orange you could have hit 70
Reminds me of my Rebel 250 I had a couple years back 😂
Can't wait to see you in the Big Vert competition on the X-Games on the Grom. It will be fire. 🔥 😂
Hahah now that would be a sight! 😂

Chin mount is way better. Episode was fun, even without tacos. Just perfect , thanks.

Only mods I have is spark plugs ignition coils and intake and exhaust

That’s a great idea in theory…but I think if I lost any acceleration on this turd I’d actually fall asleep every time I cracked the throttle 😂😂😂
I've never found myself searching for another gear on a 125 4 stroke i'm lucky if it pulls top gear
5:52 nice
😎😎😎

i top out at 73 mph only thing i done is new 13 tooth front sprocket

@@LifeOfBurch LOL exactly
What backpack is that? I dig it
Love ur vids
Thanks so much! 🙏🏻
Are you planning on making your grom faster? What would be the next mod?

I got mine u to 76 on flat surface it would probably do 80 down hill never tryed lol [cam intake exhaust an ecu flash]

Stage one for the Grom, that is a decent upgrade.
Definitely pleased with it! 🙌🏻
Looking at getting a 2022 Grom, thanks
Nice! I’d love to get my hands on a 2022!
Chin-mount, definitely
Agreed! I think I’m warming up to it now.
My clone does the same without as much mods 75 down hill
Is it me or are his gear shifts horrific?
My guess pre-video .. a solid maybe-70mph
So close!
Yo I got 69 top speed too 😅😅😅🤣🤣🤣I was happy too
How much do you weigh though 🤔
Probably like 155 if I had to guess
maryland nice
Def keep the chin mount.
2:20 it's key - ta - ko take it from anime pfp man
But I’m sure my mommy would tell me the same thing
Chin mount best. Except during a 69. Lol
Hahah yea I could see that posing some issues! 😂
You know your a rookie when you ha be full gear on a pit bike 😆
Yeah don't wanna dieeee 🤣

Take the ram mount off empty you pockets cut you hair and you might get 70mph or just ride it off a cliff
Hahah all valid suggestions!
