I have removed the four screws but it will not separate, even with a little prying around the joint, it looks to be the exact same model as in the video, any suggestions please ?
@@3rddrawfixer57 Just had this issue, looked at another video. Turns out you put your fingers in the hole where the tray slides in and pull. Should come off with a bit off force.

Very strange. Mine separated very easily with no resistance at all. Sorry I can not be of further help.

Waste of time. This video just showed how to removed the cover and then put it back! Nothing about fixing the levers not staying down.
