Fun fact! In later series, Diamond Tiara finally was able to be convinced that her behavior was bad, and she acknowledged her behavior an apologized for it. It's interesting because, unlike the Babs narrative, that babs was a bully because she was bullied, Diamond Tiara was snooty and pompus like her mother, because she wanted to be like her/it was normalized to her. When she realized her behavior was bad, she realized that disagreeing with her mom would be like when someone disagreed with her, which mad her worry about expectation. Tiaras behavior wasn't glossed over or instantly forgiven, but it was acknowledged and i think thats neat. It wasn't excused, but explained.
I also really liked that Filthy Rich was the only one who actually tried to make his daughter a decent pony. Like, he still had his faults, like everybody. But he did a better job parenting than his wife.
@@grifgrif_4 it’s a fun twist on a rich parent you don’t see often he started a small town man with dreams and became filthy rich (pun not intended) but kept his humble roots. He’s a simple man that came into money and is struggling to keep his kid who was born into money just as humble.
Villain songs in general are awesome. Toxic Love from Ferngully, Be Prepared from Lion King, Rasputin's song from Anastasia, Hellfire from Hunchback of Notre Dame
You should listen to "what my cutie mark is telling me" to understand whats happening in a true true friend, and you should ALSO listen to Celestia's ballad because the outcome of that song is one of the most important events in the show
He should just watch the episode because that was such an amazing series of events. He said he got through seasons 1 and 2. He might as well just go back and watch more.
@@Sinestra666 I like the fact that the whole episode is just a musical. Most of it is music, and I'm pretty sure that's the episode with the most amount of songs.
honestly, any of the musical episodes that have multiple songs in them it's important ta listen ta all of them ta get the context of the story. Most of the songs from those episodes are awesome! 😁
A thing to be remembered is that a cause of most bullying is problems at home. Especially abuse. In Babs’s case, she became a bully in her episode because she was being bullied in her hometown and decided to become a bully in Ponyville to avoid it happening again. Also, she’s Applejack and Apple Bloom’s cousin.
I understand, I'm just not a fan of when narratives seem to use that as an excuse. It's, of course, totally fine to explore in depth character studies about what causes people to act in different ways, but very often I see this narrative thread of "it's not their fault, they have a tough home life". Which completely discounts the vast majority of people who also have tough home lives and don't use it as a reason to abuse other people in turn. Of course worth noting that in that case we're talking about literally small children, but I often see it in media with teenagers and I just get really iffy about that because it feels like a justification.
@@MathewMcKenna Yeah, I understand that perfectly. Plenty of people without terrible home lives end up as shitty, and plenty who had poor pasts end up as kind and loving. Sometimes we end up as the antithesis of our pasts and other times we end up as a mirror to it - our psychology is weird that way. But something to also remember is that a justification is not the same as an excuse. Someone, a character or an actual person, can have a justification for their horrible actions without it excusing them. I, for example, was extremely volatile and cruel when I was younger due to being unable to control my emotions as a result of autism and having the example of my father, someone I looked up to at the time, be dealing with all issues with anger. I matured, became a better person, but it does not excuse how cruel I could be when I was a child (though I was, by no measure, a bully). No judgement for you reaction, of course. We’re all entitled to our opinions. I just have a habit of looking at the psychology behind actions because I study it as a hobby.
@@MathewMcKenna What Falloutlover1011 said, of course, but also... Not all abused in their childhood grown up to be subjectively bad people, but all those who grew up in an objectively bad way with wrong morals or believes did so because of inadequate parental care, education process and growth environment. So it's hard to judge them for what they're doing when you know that it all could've been avoided if we just made normal institutes of education, parenting and child birth. Especially the latter. Don't give birth to a child if you don't know how to care for them. You may end up with a positive result, but don't take your chances, learn more about parenting first and plan out their growth process. Not aristocracy type of planning their growth, of course.
@@MathewMcKenna in the case of Babs, she starts off good, succumbs to peer pressure, and then changes her behavior by the end. She isn’t like someone like Diamond Tiara or Pacifica Northwest who had their issues blamed solely on bad parents, and became better upon being treated better. Babs decided to change on her own, which is nice. She more or less realized she was being bad, deserved punishment for her behavior, and decided to change. While she WAS a bully, she took the steps needed on her own.
You're listening to songs from the show, but man, you have NO IDEA how strong the brony fan music scene is. Seriously, the MLP fandom EXPLODED with musical talent back when the show was popular and some of those original pieces of music they created are absolutely phenomenal and stand the test of time. If you dive into the MLP fan music rabbit hole, you'll be lost in there for days. SO MUCH original and well-done music it's insane.
Some artists that I'd recomend: Jyc Row - Orchestral 4everfreebrony - Rock/Mixed PrinceWhateverer - Rock/Metal Koa - Pop Vylet Pony - Indie The Wasteland Wailers - Jazz/Country Voodoo Pup - 80's synth/Jazz There is also the colab album series called Ponies at Dawn.
The cat guy from "Friend you need" isn't evil , actually. His name is Capper, and while he starts with poor intentions, he becomes a friend later on c:
Every time the characters started to sing a musical number in _My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic,_ that is like hearing a Siren singing in the middle of the night that the sailors were lured by such a beautiful voice.
To be fair, the townspeople's mood may have also been affected by the bad weather, bad dresses and the apple farm's condition in addition to Pinkie's absence
9:55 If I remember right this was after she was particularly awful and drove off her only friends, so the CMC ultimately sympathize with her and help her change for the better, which is finally the catalyst after so many seasons for their own cutie marks. Really sweet episode, I'm always a sucker for redemption arcs.
I'm pretty sure in this episode, that song and the song later leading up to Diamond Tiara confronting her mother is really good and it was a nice redemption arc
Her mom always taught her that she had to win at everything by any means necessary, or there wouldn't a place in the world for her. So when she lost the election for class president, she had a meltdown.
@@fashionablechangeling1988 Apparently, the writers did want to write more episodes about Diamond Tiara, but Hasbro felt like her story was “finished,” which is so stupid imo.
If you're reacting to MLP songs, I can't recommend "You'll Play Your Part" enough! It's so beautiful and one of the few times we hear Celestia, Luna, and Cadence sing! Another recommendation is "Flawless"! Great song and message
Here's some recommendations of other songs. "This Day Aria" probably the most popular song of the whole show, it feels like a Disney villian song. "Bats!" Absolute banger. "Hearts As Strong As Horses" "You'll Play Your Part" a beautiful ballad with Twilight, Celestia, Luna and Cadance. "Luna's Future" a dark song with a rather disturbing connotation to it. "Art Of The Dress" My personal favorite song of the whole show (Rarity has my favorite songs) make sure to listen to the reprise as well. "You're In My Head Like A Catchy Song" a beautiful love song. Finally 'The Goof Off" If you listen to any song you NEED to listen to this one, it has a very special guest singer that dare not spoil.
This Day Aria blew me away when I first heard it! Cadence had such an incredible VA. Equestria Girls also had quite a few bangers: Cafeteria Song in the first movie, nearly every song in Rainbow Rocks (I say nearly because of Snips and Snails' rap, but that was meant to be bad so), and ALL the songs in Friendship Games. A Better Way to be Bad (S9) is one that doesn't get enough attention, probably because it's in the last season. But goodness that song is amazing. Daniel Ingram is such a talented dude!
Also, "You've Made Your Mark~" which has been stuck in my head for as long as I've heard it, which is weird since I'm pretty sure it wasn't made with catchy intent.
lena hall, who sang spectacle, also did another song in that episode called "the magic inside" ♡ and it shows off her vocals even more beautifully!! the best part is that she's a fan of the show too and even mentioned it in her 2014 tony award's speech :") her love feels so geniune so she's definitely one of my favourite guests who have voiced in mlp
7:55 adding harmonies as more come in. The person who wrote the music for the show did a LOT of subtle things like that. The wedding song is apparently a really good musical pun just in general concept.
@@birdybird9819 The Changeling queen pretending to be Princess Cadence sings in what is referred to as a deceptive cadence while Princess Cadence (the true Cadence) doesn't.
I'm surprised to not see anyone recommending "Open up your eyes" which, in my opinion, is the best song from the movie! Also I didn't know "You'll play your part" was such a beloved song. It has been definitely my favourite song over the years. I like to listen to it every so often.
9:10 This comes up in the show. Pinkie is pretty dependent on making people happy. She gets depressed when someone else provides happiness or when people aren't dependent on her sometimes.
I'm BEGGING you to listen to all of the songs from the my little pony movie! I know that A Friend You Need is really good, but the rest of the songs from the movie are honestly some of the best in the whole series!!!! The show never shied away from getting to Broadway stars to come in for a song or two so don't be surpassed to find out there are A LOT more featured on the movie 😍
I don't think I'd consider any of these to be among like top tier songs from the series or film, but it's refreshing to see this series visited. It feels like it's been so long since it ended.
@@JeffUni Edit: Nope! They are okay Just REALLY CAPABLE OF BEING ANGRY Oh please You're one of those "saveMLP" people You know SHUT UP HASBRO HAS CONTROL WE HAVE TO DEAL

that’s ironic because i really just started listening to the mlp songs again because i completely forgot how good they are, like some of them are super good
As a person who comes from a bad home life, it's really interesting to see how this show explores the experience of being bullied and being manipulated. I've noticed that Diamond tiara has a mom who makes her be a bad person for her image, which is upright exploitation of her daughters skills (because if I'm remembering correctly her talent is being able to form an effective community and be a good leader but her mom used that to her advantage to get what she wanted, so it makes sense to me as to why diamond tiara is so mean because it's really the only way she knows) and in that episode she manages to grow and move past bullying as well as standing up to her mom. I think for a better reference as to what she might be doing is Amity blight from the owl house, which is a show I recommend watching unironically lol. I think maybe at the beginning of the show she was being genuinely awful because she was a kid and didn't know any better, but I think further along she's really just masking because she's really scared of her mom, which I can totally understand. Regardless, I don't think she should be excused for her actions like a lot of it is in the show interpreted as, as much as I think it's better that the show actually had her victims forgive her and grant her another chance, which she actually tries and achieves growth and becomes a better person for it. I can't believe I just went into the abusive state of a my little pony character, send help, I'm in the dungeon
Amity Blight does indeed kind of resemble Diamond Tiara, except she didn't disappear from the show when she started to become a better person. And I think the show is better for it as Amity does become one of the most compelling characters in the entire show.
Their reasons for acting the way they did in the early show is pretty much the same, it is what their mothers expects of them. People who care more about their family status than anything and demands their kids to be successful at anything they do at any cost. And they both eventually stand up to their mothers and decides to be who they want to be instead of who their mother wants them to be
Some song suggestions that I feel like you would like, first from the show: "Raise this Barn", "Bats", "Apples to the Core", "You'll Play Your Part", "In Our Town", "You're in My Head Like a Catchy Song", "A Kirin Tale", "Better Way to be Bad", and "The Magic of Friendship Grows" And from the movie, I would especially recommend "Time to Be Awesome" and "Open Up Your Eyes"
I forgot how catchy the 'A True True Friend' song was. The episode it's from was actually the season 3 finale, which was the point in the show where Twilight got her wings. In that way, it could have worked as a sort of series finale if, you know, there weren't 6 more seasons, lol. Not complaining, cause otherwise we wouldn't have gotten Starlight Glimmer (introduced in season 5) or Sunset Shimmer (introduced in Equestria Girls); or maybe they would have atleast had the Equstria Girls movies? Not sure
@@imgonnaputsomedirtinureyedabs I just feel like, did we really need a new main character? Did we really need a pony stronger than Twilight, the literal princess of magic and an alicorn? I also just find her annoying. I think she'd be okay in a different context of the show though. Like a character we just occasionally visit.
If you think Lena Hall has a great voice, then you need to hear her sing in that episode's main song, after her character drops all the stage effects, background dancers, and just sings from the heart. It's easily one of the top 5 best songs in the entire series.
I'd love to see even more MLP music reactions from you. They're so fun to watch! I personally recommend "Flawless", "Open Up Your Eyes," and "Better Way To Be Bad". They are some of my personal favorites from the main series itself.
PLEASE please do more of these, they're addictive I swear, and this franchise has so many songs that are overlooked because they're simply from mlp. Here are some of my favourites: Pinkie's Lament The Magic Inside (I am just a pony) You'll Play Your Part We'll Make Our Mark
i love how there's so many mlp songs with so many different styles and most of them are absolute bops babs seed is still my favorite i don't know if it's just like a nostalgia thing or something but just hearing that song instantly makes me happy
my little pony friendship is magic, a timeless gem !!!!! i'm so glad you're reacting to more of the music and are so open to it. i've said this before but your reactions are so refreshing and good vibes all around :D
if ur surprised by who they can get already they had kristen chenoweth and emily blunt in the movie !! the latter being one of my favourite mlp songs of all time
Discounting some of the songs from Equestria Girls, "Babs Seed" is still my favourite MLP song. Even just mentioning it will get it stuck in my head for days.
This popped up in my recommended randomly, and I will absolutely subscribe if there is more. This was awesome, please, please do this again. There are literally over 100 songs in the MLP franchise, and I always adore it when musicians take a genuine look back at some of the music from the show.
3:17 This is kind of it. Babs is from out of town, and she gets bullied at home. when she came to ponyville, diamond tiara and silverspoon started bullying her because she was hanging with the cutie mark crusaders, so she started hanging with the bullys to avoid being bullied more.
8:17 It is the season 3 finale, a full musical episode, with this being the penultimate full song of the episode. Short form, magic messed up, destinies changed, trying to course corect with the magical objects that were changed with them.
Diamond Tiara (one who is mean to the 3 little ones) actually got an episode of development called Crusaders of the Lost Mark (fantastic ep in my opinion), plus if you think she's bad, her mom is a BILLION times worse, her father though is nice
11:10 You should totally watch that whole episode, you're gonna love ot. It's basically almost musical. There are few mlp episodes that are made mostly on songs, and I think you would really enjoy that. /)
the songs were definitely a big part of the show's charm and part of what kept me watching for so long :] they are way better than you'd probably expect from mlp!
If you don't actually intend on picking MLP back up (I highly recommend that you do because it only keeps getting better) but if not, a few songs that I can highly recommend you to listen to and react to would be 1) A Kirin Tale, 2) Flawless, 3) You're in my Head Like a Catchy Song, and 4) You'll Play Your Part. Preferably in that order for mega feels.
I kinda fell out of it after season 4 but I ended up running into Kirin Tale and it reignited my interest to watch the rest of the show. Top tier song.
9:15 Remember, Rarity's mismanagement of the weather, shortages of products from Sweet Apple Acres and Applejack running the Carousel Boutique into the ground, the whole town would have been grumpy anyway. It's implied that this has been going on for years - look at the state of Sweet Apple Acres and Carousel Boutique. With so much misery, and Fluttershy being too self-concious to be effective as an e3ntertainer, it's no wonder everyone is miserable and treating each other miserably. By the time Pinkie is restored, though, all these other issues have been fixed AND they now have the time to feel better. That and Pinkie is indeed friends with the whole town, so if she was off ruining the farm, she wasn't helping cheer up ponies in town. Or I'm overthinking this.
7:00 - If I remember right, this was in an episode that should've been at least a two-parter given the sheer magnitude of importance it has for the ENTIRE series.
I had a massive list of songs on the G5 video, so I can just copy paste most of it here, now. Daniel Ingram is just too good at what he does. *Official G4 songs:* - Better Way To Be Bad - Say Goodbye To The Holiday - You’ll Play Your Part - Apples To The Core - Open Up Your Eyes - Time To Be Awesome - Luna’s Future *Fandom songs:* - Discord (Europony) - Discord (TheLivingTombstone) - Final Eclipse - Together Against the Sisters - Lullaby For A Princess - Luna’s Reply - PrinceWhatever's Sweetiebot Trio There are a lot more songs that are not included here, these are just personal favorites.
You popped up in my recommended and I am SO happy that you did! I LOVE MLP and I love seeing people react to the music. It slaps. It all slaps. Please watch more of the show!
Love hearing your thoughts on these! I've also heard in this video and I believe another mlp one you asking for them to go higher... I'd keep in mind that most of the main cast shares VAs, and that to keep each character voice recognizable, there's a limit to how high many can go (I'm thinking Rainbow and Applejack in particular, tho less so for Pinkie and Rarity). This isn't necessarily an issue for each individual character, but for group songs with harmonies, it does change what the song writers can do
Highly recommend looking at Open Up Your Eyes and Magic Inside Of You, which is by the same pony who sang the last song you looked at! They're both absolutely fantastic and my favorites
Loved the reaction! I don't think you'll read this, but, for a bid of context, in the bad seed chapter: Babs is Apple blooms cousin, she came to ponyville because she was being bullied at home due to not having a cutie mark, and was trying to have a break from all that. At the very beginning she was kinda pushed one side to another by the cutie mark crusaders because they where excited to have someone like them in town. It was a bit overwhelming for Babs because she's really insecure for her lack of cutie mark while the crusaders aren't exactly the happiest about it but they talk pretty proudly about it because they worked through those insecurities back in season 1. During their introduction diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon came to pick up on the crusaders, and Babs saw it, she knew she would also be a target if she teamed up with the crusaders, so she chose to follow the bullies game and that way she wouldn't be targeted in ponyville as well. Which isn't good but one can understand where she's coming from, as she's trying to desperately to protect herself. It was specially hard for Apple bloom since Bab's was not only staying at their house but also sleeping in her room. During this time there was going to be a festival in town, and after all the bullying the crusaders decided they wanted vengeance on Bab's (which, fair, but where is that energy for Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon who's always been bullying them?) and sabotage there own carriage to fall in mud then tricked Bab's to get in the carriage. Once Bab's was in carriage Apple Jacked asked the girls asked the girls why Babs was driving it by herself, the girls said they wanted Bab's to have "an special moment for herself," so Apple Jack told them how happy she was they were getting along and proud for their actions and proceeded to explain that the reason Babs was there was due to the bullying in her hometown. The crusaders felt bad as they could feel identify about the whole "being bullied for a blank space" and got Babs out of the carriage falling on the mud themselves. They apologize for the prank, and Babs apologize to them for how she acted, so they decided to start again. Babs joined the cutie mark Crusaders, and her whole ark ended when as she was going back home Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon came to bully them again and Babs stand up for the crusaders. I don't think we see her again, but she's mentioned later on as Apple Bloom received a letter from her saying she got her cutie mark. For diamond Tiaras song, more than it being a: "Her house is bad, that's why she bullies" it was a "That's how she learned things are supposed to be." She was basically mimicking her parents behavior, that's why the song says: "No pony told me there was another way." In this chapter, for the first time, she questions the way she was taught to do things, that maybe her parents way is not the right way, and she realize that's not the kind of pony she wants to be. In the song she asks her self what does she needs to do to be the pony she wants to be, since the only way she's known till now it's her parents way, they've been her only role model to follow, she doesn't know what should even be her first step to change. Diamond works to better herself, and helps her classmates and makes amends. It's a bit rushed, but I think it was a good redemption arc.
There is "Ultimate Soundtrack Collection" with all MLP(+Equestria Girls) songs in very good quality with leaked demos, instrumentals and even song charts. Will post link in subcomments, so this one won't get autohidden.
This Day Aria is still my favorite song in the show. It's an amazingly beautiful and epic villain song. And here's an awesome fun fact about the song This Day Aria: The song is sung by Queen Chrysalis whose taken the form of Princess Cadence as a facade to take control of the city while she's locked the real Princess Cadence away. What's cool about this is that the song This Day Aria ends on a type of musical note called "A False Cadence". So freaking cool!
11:42 I’m pretty sure Diamond Tiara and the CMC are about 7-8 in Season 1, and 11-12 in Season 9. It hasn’t been canonically confirmed what ages they are though.
Diamond's development pretty much happened all im that episode, aside from some early signs that Silver Spoon was getting tired of her, but they executed it so well. The Pony I Want To Be had me bawling the first several listens ngl
So many good songs in this show! Please do this again! My suggestion would be songs from later seasons you haven't seen yet if you don't plan on finishing the show, a lot of plot points happen in fantastic musical moments.
As someone who watched everything related to MLP and joined this fandom since the airing of the first season, watching this made me feel incredible happy. I really want to rewatch all season now. ♥ Amazing video!!
3:46 City in the desert Some time later, the Mane Six travel through a vast desert, and Pinkie Pie is getting delirious from the heat. As Spike collapses from exhaustion, he discovers a cobblestone road leading to a small, industrial city called Klugetown. The city is populated by shady creatures looking to buy and sell anything, and the ponies' arrival is noticed by an anthropomorphic cat in a red coat. Twilight suggests they not draw too much attention to themselves, but Pinkie immediately does just that by asking around about the Queen of the Hippos. The creatures of Klugetown become interested in buying the ponies and Spike, but the cat in the red coat intervenes, claiming them to be infected with a fatal illness called pastelus coloritis. The creatures flee from the "infected" ponies, and Twilight's friends thank the cat-who introduces himself as Capper-for his help. When Capper offers to lead them to the Hippos, Twilight is wary about trusting him, but he assures them through song that he can guide them through this unfamiliar and dangerous city. Near the end of the song, Capper tells a creature-Needy-outside his home to inform someone named Verko that he has something to settle his debt. Meanwhile, Tempest and Grubber arrive in Klugetown in pursuit of Princess Twilight and ask around for her whereabouts. A large fish creature believes Tempest is an accomplice to Capper's early deception and threatens her, but she incapacitates him easily and asks for more information. At Capper's house, the ponies are taken by his various belongings, and they regale him with stories of Equestria. As thanks for his assistance earlier, Rarity fixes up Capper's coat, and he is surprised by her generosity. In her search of Capper's collection of books, Twilight discovers that Celestia was referring not to the Queen of the "Hippos" but rather the Hippogriffs, half-pony half-eagle creatures who live at the top of Mount Aris. Just as Capper offers to secure them an airship for their journey, mob boss Verko arrives to buy the ponies from him, revealing his true intentions. Tempest and Grubber soon arrive as well, and the ponies escape using Verko as a distraction. After a hectic windmill chase across the city, the Mane Six stow away on an airship just before it departs from the Klugetown docks. Meanwhile, Tempest takes Capper prisoner and demands to know where the Mane Six are going. Capper, remembering the generosity that Rarity showed him, points Tempest toward Black Skull Island-in the opposite direction of Mount Aris.

Even if you go back in time to the 1980’s, “My Little Pony” was the thing. They got the two specials, plus the theatrical flop from 1986 and the series which came later. G1 was the bitter sweet of the series. I have VHS tapes of “My Little Pony” in my collection despite of being a Brony in my whole life. Did you know that the G1 “My Little Pony: The Movie” was released on VHS was October 28th 1986, just one day after the New York Mets won the World Series. Vestron Video was the company that distributed only one movie, the rest of these films were mainly horror/slasher films and the classic “Dirty Dancing”.

honestly, any of the musical episodes that have multiple songs in them it's important ta listen ta all of them ta get the context of the story. Most of the songs from those episodes are awesome! 😁
Childhood memories.. that song is amazing
3:02
Glad non mlp fans are appreciating how banger the songs are :)
Yes
Indeed
The songs are good
As an mlp fan I can agree
It's quite satisfying :)
As a mlp fan, I can say it is so satisfying when anyone compliments any aspect of the show
You're listening to songs from the show, but man, you have NO IDEA how strong the brony fan music scene is.
Some of the music even exeted past mlp and get's used in other fandoms, like "discord" or "september"!
Some artists that I'd recomend:
Jyc Row - Orchestral
4everfreebrony - Rock/Mixed
PrinceWhateverer - Rock/Metal
Koa - Pop
Vylet Pony - Indie
The Wasteland Wailers - Jazz/Country
Voodoo Pup - 80's synth/Jazz
There is also the colab album series called Ponies at Dawn.

I highly recommend artists like Aelipse, Aurelleah, and Melodic Pony for some amazing orchestral music

@@SmolBeanMyth Until they kinda ruined it by completely writing DT out of the show after that episode

If you're reacting to MLP songs, I can't recommend "You'll Play Your Part" enough! It's so beautiful and one of the few times we hear Celestia, Luna, and Cadence sing!
Another recommendation is "Flawless"! Great song and message
you’ll play your part is gorgeous
@@christa.mp4 That's honestly my favorite season 4 song!^^
Play your part or the magic inside of you are BEAUTIFUL SONGS
Hell yeah! Flawless is one of my favorites, and You'll Play Your Part is absolutely breathtaking!
Adding on to this with On My Own (the one that Apple Bloom sang) and We've Made Our Mark. Idk I just really like them.
Well, he did say he wouldn't react to songs from the first 2 seasons because he watched those, so no This day aria or Art of the dress.
Point to the first comment, but the rest would be awesome to see
This Day 👏👏👏
This Day Aria blew me away when I first heard it!
I think one of my fav song in the show
Yeah highly recommend this on a beautiful ballad
I remember how the song got released before the episode aired because so many covers popped up lol.
I REALLY WANT HIM TO REACT TO THIS SONG!!
7:55 adding harmonies as more come in. The person who wrote the music for the show did a LOT of subtle things like that. The wedding song is apparently a really good musical pun just in general concept.

YES SAME OMG
And they both eventually stand up to their mothers and decides to be who they want to be instead of who their mother wants them to be
Some song suggestions that I feel like you would like, first from the show: "Raise this Barn", "Bats", "Apples to the Core", "You'll Play Your Part", "In Our Town", "You're in My Head Like a Catchy Song", "A Kirin Tale", "Better Way to be Bad", and "The Magic of Friendship Grows"
And from the movie, I would especially recommend "Time to Be Awesome" and "Open Up Your Eyes"

City in the desert
Some time later, the Mane Six travel through a vast desert, and Pinkie Pie is getting delirious from the heat.

Play your part and the magic inside are two of my favourites! I would 100% recommend listening to them!
I like your reactions because you do add commentary about the production and musical aspects I had no idea they were in those songs. Thank you for your reaction on MLP. Daniel Ingram makes incredible songs. If you do second take on FiM, I recommend Hearts strong as Horses, A Kirin Tale, A Better Way to be Bad or any from the Christmas, I mean Heartswarming Eve episode. There's also one that many people forget about and it is my favourite. It's Friend Are Always There For You. This song is just pure positivity and joy. It's a shame it doesn't get that much recognition.
Also as a 22 year old Boomer (I don't use TikTok) I was surprised that people use the Razzle Dazzle song.
Yes
Sussy Olie
the same episode as "the pony i want to be" has one of the best songs "light of your cutie mark" i definitely recommend it, also from the movie, "open up your eyes" is a great villian song
You should definitely listen to "A better way to be bad", "A Kirin tale" and "Flawless" this show has LOTS of bangers, but these are my favourite!
In horse years, she probably is around 1 years old (1 years old is for a kid) in human years, then maybe 7 or 8
How could you have NOT reacted to « Our Town » or « This Day Aria » ? They’re amazing! If you do react to them, make sure you get the actual clip from the show - there is a music video out there for this Day Aria that isn’t really from the show
I think he's already seen This Day Aria. That'e why he didn't react to it
our town is so good
I’m Hungarian, and in the MLP movie’s dub the cat is voiced by the same dude who did Asura from the Soul Eater anime, lol😆
1:47 don't worry, it makes your day 20% cooler. ;)
loved this video! if you do more, i'd love to recommend:
-We'll Make Our Mark (+ the reprise!)
-One More Day
-A Kirin Tale
-Say Goodbye To The Holiday
I want a part 2 of this and listen to Princewhateverer's mlp fan songs because they're all bangers!
4:00 characters that look like THIS... are why I'm a furry. Yes I did watch MLP when I was younger, and yes I did have all the mini figurines
9:10 I never thought about that before as someone who loved MLP as a kid but now that you mention it it is weird that Pinkie Pie was like the main source of all the ponies’ happiness
