10:33 That's called Mace. It's another spice that you get from the same nutmeg fruit. When you open the nutmeg fruit the actual "nut" on the inside that is the main spice, is itself contained in another dark brown shell. In turn, the shell has this red mace wrapped around it. I'm willing to bet that you walked on the shells already because they're often used at these tourist sites to "pave" the trails and pathways. They crunch below your feet when you walk on them.

13:42 Yes, he's right. Most of the schools on the island are operated by either the Catholic, Anglican, Boerean, Methodist or Seventh Day Adventist church, under the oversight of the Ministry of Education. So it's not unusual to have a school attached to, or in close proximity to, a church.

I didn't see Leaper's Hill in the video. Maybe you visited it but it wasn't shown in the video. But if you didn't, it's located in that same town at the very north of the island - Sauteurs. Centuries ago when the French were fighting the Calinago (or Caribs) for control of the island, the last major remnant of Calinago fighters were basically surrounded from all sides while they were atop this hill with a cliff overlooking the sea. They basically had no choice but to surrender. They decided it was better to jump off the cliff to their deaths than surrender to being enslaved by the French. That's how the hill got its name "Leaper's Hill". It's also how the town got its name. "Sauteurs" is French for "jumpers". There is a church cemetery on/adjacent the site and there's a monument with a plaque mentioning the event. That same cemetery also has an interesting historical footnote about it. The sickle cell patient whose blood was first observed under a microscope to reveal the sickling phenomenon at the root of the disease, was a Grenadian who is buried at that cemetery.
