Hello from Germany, a few months ago I discovered your videos on you tube and I am enthused. I really like your videos and I look forward to the next ones. I have been a barbie collector for many years and I prefer also the vintage barbies from the 1960s. When it comes to outfits, I prefer chic everyday wear instead of glamorous evening gowns. But of course I also have a few cocktail and evening dresses in my collection. I also really like the "Mood For Music" outfit. I bought the vintage powder blue velvet pants separately and knitted the top and jacket myself using as similar a material as possible.
Hello! We have a lot on common with collecting :) That’s amazing you knitted your own versions. The original knits have very small stitches! I would say similar to how socks are knitted
With vintage necklaces, they were designed to be added to the doll by taking their head off and then placing them around the neck rather than undoing the clasp
This was lovely. i just came back home from NYC and it's almost hard to believe that something so calm and quiet took place there. i would have imagined this was filmed on a countryside.
Just started watching you today and really enjoyed the program. Just want to point out that Barbie's pants snap in the back rather than the front...just the opposite of Ken's. I look forward to watching both prior and future shows.
I love watching your videos. Was wondering how you store your vintage clothing and how you display your collection. I am from the " bubble cut" generation and this brings back wonderful memories. Thank you, take care!
Hello! I’m still fairly new to vintage barbie collecting, so I don’t have many dolls to display all my fashions. I do have my vintage fashions organized into plastic sleeves “scrap book” style. I can share a video on that in the future!
Hi Manny! I've just posted my video for you! Dedicated! Annoying that they misplaced the pearl necklaces on the pictures! Maybe they could have added an * asterisk on the image and explanation below... 🤔
Hablas Espanol Manny?
Loved it, winter gets to me in this way too. I'm just not made for the dark and cold 🙈 this was very cozy and relaxing to watch.
I love the summer for this reason. But I wouldn’t love summer so much if we didn’t have winter to miss it
I think the trousers close inthe back, which was still usual in the sixties
oh really? I’ll have to try it out next time

@@michou53123 That makes sense. Thank you for this info :)
Was about to say the same thing trouser closure is in the back
@@dwilloughby13 But you see this quite often on Barbie and Ken also - his zip would also be in the back if not covered by fabric.
Love it! I love vintage Barbie! ♥️♥️♥️
Another stunning ensemble
They look absolutely stunning, I love vintage Barbie and you have a very soothing voice, just what I needed to start the day off
MOOD FOR MUSIC ❤ Thank you 😊
yes, I thought of you when I set out to purchase this!
Now you need a platinum bubblecut to have the whole Mood for music look together 😜😝😜
I have a lemon blonde! Her makeup is faded tho

Do you plan on getting her restored in the future ? Or to keep her as is
@@vincentpare3922 Restored! I also have a titian. Im waiting to get a brunette to send them in as a bunch.
This outfit is so cute! I can honestly see people still wearing this today
Yes, totally!
So cool together! Love!
That's the outfit Barbie is wearing in the original 1963 Midge commercial. Very nice.
Yes it is! Thank you!
