Probably not...police are immune to such law suits because our US Constitution places the burden of self protection on each individual. That's why we have a 2nd amendment.
Abused women with Protection from Abuse Orders can't sue the police if the Husband ignores the order and harms the woman.
The police are under no obligation to protect the individual, even if the Victim is known to them from prior cases. The Victim should have taken her own personal security more seriously and bought a gun or something.

Being evicted from this country for committing a crime only applies to those who came here legally under this destructive administration. When my family immigrated here we had to have a spotless record and be of good moral standing which was verified thoroughly before permission to enter was granted. Every time we changed our address we had to pay a substantial amount of money in fees to notify immigration of our address change. But these rules only apply to those who immigrate legally all others get a free pass
