I think whether or not the board accepts your request is based on if there is enough money in the bank balance for it, but I’m not positive so don’t quote me on it… 😅
Hey Trev. You do need the money, but it also depends on the managers determation value and the directors abilities. It also helps if the club has a 'build youth system' or 'use youth players' goal in the club vision. 😁
