      The writer said that Melo was "more valuable to his team. That the Heat would still be excellent without LeBron while the Knicks would of missed the playoffs without Melo." While the Heat would of still been a top tier team without LeBron, the Knicks still would have made the playoffs, just not as dominant. The guy made some sense, but there was really not an argument. Lebron should have won it unimaous.

    LeBron James is undoubtedly the better player I’m not arguing Stephen Curry is a better NBA player but. Stephen Curry’s 2015-2016 MVP season was the best of this decade. It can possibly go down as one of the most efficient and dominant offensive, regular season performances ever. The man Averaged 30 Points 5 Rebounds and 6 Assists making 402 3’s (Most 3’s in a season in NBA history) while shooting... 50,40,90!! And also, led his team to a 73-9 record so give that man his full credit.

Also Steph broke or tied pretty much every possible record when it comes to 3 point shooting. Also Curry now makes me question what's the excuse for players not being efficient. Curry, while being 6'3", shot a higher efficiency from 3 than some MVPs shoot from the field while averaging 30ppg. He makes me question how good some players are if they can't shoot 50%. He was the best fucking scorer and shot over 800 threes and still managed to shoot 50% from the field.

    Theres a lot you're missing out with the 2018 arguement for LeBron.
    He was on a completely dysfunctional team, yet still won 50 games. That cant be taken lightly cause the much better Celtics of this year didn't.
    Not to mention LeBron lead Harden in 99% of the stats. Points, Rebounds, Assist, Steals, Blocks, efficiency, 3pt %, etc etc.
    James gets a star while LeBron loses his, and the amount LeBron had to hold for that team. It's the same argument you made for Westbrook, but this time LeBron actually is shooting better than the other MVP competition.
    So how doesn't he win MVP, he even played for full 82 games unlike Harden. The definition of MVP for the NBA changes every single year to fit a specific narrative for the player they want to win.

    • @AndyZach
      @AndyZach 5 лет назад +12

    • @Mycrosss
      @Mycrosss 4 года назад

      I think that's cause of the fact he chased the tripple doubles, he could've easely had 6-7 rebounds per game and made a bigger impact on his teams success. There's so many clips where Adams just gets out of the way and lets Russ get the rebound. I personally kinda feel it's overhyped cause of the stats, but he for sure deserved the MVP cause of the way he balled out all season, came through for OKC in a lot of clutch situations too.

    2019 Giannis playmaking is underrated. After that Raptors series he hasn't been the same player, then the Heat series happened and he can't hit a free-throw. That's why I said when Giannis gets better mental support and finds his footing he'll finally take that next step. LeBron needed DWade and Jordan needed Phil Jackson.

    • @VeeMarbles
      @VeeMarbles 3 года назад +1

      yup but giannis' struggles are also due to the fact hat he had to carry becase his shooters played like garbage and could not hit open 3's so it seemed like a 5 on 3 at times, kind of like Lebron in the 2007 Finals or MJ in 86 the year he averaged 40 and got swept
