I would lock in the focus point and take a test shot before recording also ! thanks for the interval guide ..ill keep a copy of that in my back pack for reference !
I dun understand the interval per frames that you calculated, I tried to sum it up but i really can't get it ,, can you tell how did you exactly calculated this for the people interval to get 10 sec TL, also to get the same for sun panning the sky ??? also how do we use the interval in case we need a moving shoots with time laps ? how does that work exactly, if you can make tutorial to explain it with details that would great ,, thank you
Coma Film I tried to calculate them as well and found the indications on the chart to be wrong. for 24 frames/s as mentioned , with shooting periodic of 1 sec it will take 4 mins to complete a 10 sec TL, with periode of 2 sec it will take 8 mins and so on. You can just multiply the shooting periode by 4 mins to get the results for the rest.
The interval thing confuses me a bit. How would I set up my intervalometer if I want to do a timelapse for a building construction, which in effect I will need to shoot for approximately 10hrs a day for around a week ?? Can anyone help ?
