    That last comping pattern has a number of 2-5-1s transformed with tri-chord substitutions at the 5th. I love Rick Udler, I wish I could find more instructional material from him. He has an album on Amazon.

    nice samba sound...you coud maybe shown the chord grid of showing how the fingers must be placed...it is more understandable...for beginners

    yes, Db-7 [D flat minor 7th no 5th]
    his voicing is spelled Db Fb Cb Db

    By the way if you learn that strumming he does to accompany some, you’ll be playing “Ska” and if you slow it down, “reggae rocksteady”

    Very cool, but it's Difficult, Just because you don't show the chords on the left Hand.
