Ms Mai, meron dn aq online business, gumagawa aq ng Korean Garlic creamcheese bread, pero hindi consistent ang gwa q ng bread, minsan ok ang bread q, minsan parang indi kse minsan nagiging matigas ang bread q, same procedure, same ings nman ang gnagamit q, stand mixer po ang gamit q
Baka sa 2nd proofing mo, pag di umalsa mabuti or sometimes sa bread flour pag iba iba ang brand. Make sure na ang consistency ng dough after mixing it is strechable and a little bit sticky at dapat hindi nahihirapan ang mixer kasi pag hirap it means kulang sa liquid or matakaw sa liquid ang flour na nabili mo. Just add a tbsp of milk as needed. Yan minsan ang cause pag madaling tumigas ang bread.

Para mas malambot at ma achieve natin yung mala gardenia na lambot. Pag lagi ka ng nagbe bake ng bread made differentiate mo na yung maganda ang pagka knead sa kulang sa knead na bread. Crumbly kasi pag hindi stretchable ang dough. Ma crumbs pag kinain.
