Puede kagaya Ng sa donut Ang mold, haven't tried na may grated cheese sa labas. Mas ok Kasi pag NASA loob pero kung may butas sa gitnang kahit walang cheese pero kung pabilog mas ok lagyan Ng cheese sa loob

It can get damp because of the butter and high humidity or you may coat it again with powdered milk mixture . For us I have it in the counter for 3 days and I have to re coat it due to summer heat. The dough will still be soft up to 5 days in the counter without the coatings.
Kontian mo lang ang butter coating para hindi mag melt agad. If mag melt, puede paikutin uli sa milk. Puede din naman palamigin muna mabuti bread bago icoat. Natutunaw sa heat ng bread.

Follow the procedure very well and you'll make it. Just make sure active pa ang yeast mo at hindi expired.

Na over proof po. Bawasan ang oras ng 2nd proofing. Kung ipi prito po daoat maingat sa paghandle kasi mawawala ang alsa, paaalsahin nyo po ulit yun.
