Owerri big boys have got really high tests lately and you can see it everywhere in the city, we just need good roads and you can call Owerri the small Abuja,
Hi zee, please when you're doing your tour videos...always try to carry your viewers along by taking and telling them places you pass while going to your eventual destination..I think that's the essence of tour videos..ALWAYS KEEP YOUR ROAD TRIPS/TOURS DETAILED TO YOUR VIEWERS.
You are doing great job. I have seen places I use to visit in those days and very pleased with your profound video clips. You are covering many places I have visited, Owerri, AVU, Ohaji/Ebema, Ada Palm, Obisima and others. Keep it up nwa.
I see insanely huge houses around but the road 😳, why not contribute and pave or make tar road for themselves from the main road? I can't build a big house and struggle for proper road to get home
its a city street actually... the state government is responsible for that... but we all know how Nigerian state governments operate.. (if they operate at all... SMH)
@11:47... see the road infrastructure needs to seriously be improved on every corner of these locations, that house would have been sold in no time... all roads should be in working order not just the "main roads"... do these government officials not see this or is it that they spend most of their time in Dubai and London???
My love how do you expect some one like me who just came back to begin another travel? Because from the main road to the building is almost the time to fly to Europe.
My house is similar to this and is located off MCC road, by Toronto junction and I could actually rent it out for 3x less than this one located in a rural umuguma.
Very nice, but it's weird that most houses built have the whole compound concrete filled, no greenery to make a lawn which makes the building look old after few years. Only the driveway should be cemented,🤷
You have to keep in mind that, different countries have different ways of building their house. How houses in your country is done, is different from how houses in Nigeria are done. Most houses here don’t have lawns.
@@deborahallanah pls say what you know I'm a Nigerian and from owerri too, putting lawns, children play ground, artificial grass and swimming pools are possible and would have added to the taste but it all depends on the space and budget.
Nice show, my sister! Question, please do you speak Owerri dialect well? If you do, I want to know if you wouldn't mind doing some videos teaching it on your channel? I am interested. Thanks, dear!
How far is that from Lagos, or Abuja? I am not Nigerian, but thinking of taking a break from life in diaspora in African continent, and traveling to Kenya, Ghana, Victoria Falls etc. Seems this would be a good base spot....safety as. Single woman would be my priority....
The way u keep saying.. Fully functioning.. That works.. Shower that works... And the washer works... Fully functioning that works... The television works... The toilet works.. The fully functioning shower that works... Lol. 4,000$ apartment.. We get that it is furnished... But we need to know some other shit... Besides that the toilet works.... What is included.. The electric?? What does the stove run off gas or electric? So its 4k a year..? Is there a security deposit??

Really interesting!! Im just wondering my only question is why do all the windows have bars inside? Thank you for sharing a inside look of ur country.

How does one get into contact with the owners/renters of these apartments; especially if one does not live in Nigeria?
You can always use the mail in the description box
