@@InfoSecPat How are you supposed to showcase these labs? Just tell you employer "yes I build security labs" ? Create a github repo on how to set it up and what activities can be done with it then link it to your CV ? I just have not seen this topic expanded past "build a home lab".

Build a home lab on red team or blue team stuff.
Definitely start getting that experience and set up a home lab that would be ideal
