I plan on going to Hong Kong in a few months. I would really appreciate some second-hand watch shops that you like there, so I can hunt for one of these!
Tres cool. Funky, like Cold Medina. It's a watch with such charm and warmth - quite rare for a bi-metal. I think they're discontinued - I can't see Tudor bringing back a reference that is so close to Rolex's flagship. And never in doubt, 36 is the size - this has real presence. Later refs kept the gold windows, but the font grew more bold and the face became a deeper gold colour with slightly less patination. Hate to suggest it (consolidation n'all), but these could make a nice distraction collection. Seiko divers/Tudor Date-Days..! ;-)
Nice piece for sure. I happen to be wearing my Datejust 126233 very similar to your new find. Mine is the steel / yellow gold version jubilee bracelet with the fluted bezel and the golden fluted-motif dial in a 36 mm case. Yours is a great deal, you get your money's worth!
Thanks for showing this off, these Princes are absolutely amazing, what a shame that they are not available in Europe. Do you have any suggestion on where one could buy a Tudor Prince Date or Date-Day from Hong Kong? I found some from a store called JC Station but only two-tone, and while I like them, a gold watch doesn't particularly fit my style and I worry it would be too "in your face" for everyday wear.
@@mariusurbonas6803 hey, yes I finally found one on r/watchexchange shipped from Singapore. AFAIK JC Station is well known and trustworthy among enthusiasts, but they haven't replied to a single email or message I've sent them months ago while looking for the Tudor. Good luck with your search, it's everything I wanted in a watch!
Depending on configuration and condition, it'll range from USD 1500 to 3000 but in markets where they've been discontinued for longer, I'm sure local sellers will be expecting more. Just like I'll expect prices to creep up to USD 4k unless Tudor relaunches the line with bracelet and movement upgrades.
Nice to see you so excited Uptick! For me the watch has more of a Seiko 5 vibe than a Day-Date vibe going on unfortunately... Nevertheless, enjoy it in good health!
I get the fascination yet this version looks too old and the size is too small for you. Maybe the white gold silver dial version would be a better fit.
In late 2019, ETA wanted to sell their movements to external brands AGAIN. But COMCO stopped them by claiming that smaller players (Sellita, Festina(Soprod) etc) would get run out of biz by ETA due to Swatch's superior pricing power. You could find more details on this on Google. I'd imagine Kenissi was created with the knowledge that ETA will present opportunities to sell the movement to other brands (like Breitling, Chanel, Norqain) allowing a lower cost scale for Tudor who owns a majority share in Kennisi
I just took delivery of an almost new ss/white gold (76214); this video was part of my discovery of this watch 😊 thanks!
where did you order?

You don’t see much content on these on RUclips
but thats a good thing , prices arent that inflated yet.
Finding a Tudor “sweet spot “is very difficult but you did it Uptick 😎! Best regards
I have one exactly like this, but in a leather strap. Very beautiful
The watch has a beautiful charm and at 36mm is perfect for your wrist.👍

This gold linen model or the silver linen model which looks better if you had to pick?

i want to get the tudor 94500 blue dial but not easy to find
Cool watch. I think the bb 58 is cool but overall I’m soft for the brand
Is there an aftermarket oyster bracelet for the watch?

Phist. I own 76200 linen dial. Great watch.
I love the linen dial!
Do Prince Date Day have factory diamond model?
Yes, they do
linen dial is rare ?
Not particularly, I don't see too many but maybe just because they're not resold as much

Not to small. Classic size ❤
look good
Très belle
