I walked this property about a year ago but it was off market at the time. I love the beach- so many options. They cleaned up the pool also when I saw it.
The Bones look good and you can't beat the location, just depends on what they're asking...I'd definitely clear the bushes by the pool for beach access
Umm, the bones are completely gone😂. $275,000 plus $400/yr HOA
@@scottmichaels12 is it really 275k for a slab?...I know people that pay $400 a month in HOA fees 😂
I knew exactly which property this was just from the two lines that showed up in my email preview. We were at pink on the brink during Maria and did a lot of walking around the property you're showing today and it would be amazing to see what someone does with it!
Plus, they'd have Roy and Janet as their neighbors, which is a big bonus in and of itself! ❤❤❤
Because of the concern of hurricanes, do most people build on the north, south, east or west end of the island??? What area offers the most protection?
Chris, has there been any of the 3D printed homes built on the island yet? They are popping up here in Florida.
Not yet… But I was talking to somebody recently who was thinking about doing it.
@@BuyStCroix I was watching them build a house here in Florida. They can withstand a cat 3 hurricane and cost less than 1/2 of conventional construction
@@1000tomandben yeah… it looks promising… But it’s a little bit early in the game to make a final call in my opinion. and since we are in hurricane Alley… Category fives are more likely. We have had two since 1989. Hurricane Hugo and hurricane Maria.
