I’ve recently had a disc bulge and luckily one of the local Anytime Fitness gyms had one of these machines. So I can still train legs without compressing my spine. Also good for standing calf raises for people with bad backs.
Positioning the chain on the rail openings there are four holes where the hook can be attached to. Which hole would be effective in concentrating the quads for someone that is 6’1” in height?
