There's no method, he's just emulating the banter of lad culture because he wants the lads to love him, he's lacking in the social awareness to know that there's a time and a place. There's millions of him in the UK, they're called knobheads.
Will can be annoying, controversial and potentially tlting but I don't think he's doing anything technically wrong. Playing a LAG style and on the edge of the rules, would he get invited to home games I doubt it but I believe he's a winning player overall.

Watch ANY poker games from the 2000's and youll realize this guy is mild. He didn't do anything wrong.
I played on the table with Kassouf on EPT Prague last year, around 2 hours. He's a really cool dude. He only engaged in harmless conversations and played his game. I think his 'villain' days are over.

Except the rules, in tournaments, usually say you are not allowed to discuss the hand, even heads up. He does so constantly.
What someone like DNegs does is speech play, this guy just talks crap to annoy people.

I hate Kassouf, but that other guy solidifies the Canadian stereotype to a tee. They don't like being verbally abused, but continue to vote in a ferry man who has all but stripped them of their freedom.
