It's very common in Europe, but unfortunately not with a swivel option. For the RAM Promaster they are not allowed where I live. The only approved double bench swivel seats are for VW transporters. Even though you might be able to import them from another country, unfortunately your van won't get a license plate if you use them. For this reason, everybody here looks to exchange the double seatbank (which is standard in every van) for a single seat. Which makes them really expensive and hard to find 😅
Nice, small van with beautiful colors. I would be a little concerned about the sink being next to the bed and the sockets in the wall right behind the sink. I wash my hair over the sink regularly, as showering every day, if you want to travel offgrid, is just not feasible. And even with a fairly big sink, that still involves a certain amount of splashing 😅. With the electric right behind, I wouldn't feel safe. With the bed next to it, I would probably sleep in a moist bed ever so often. I would definitely install some sort of splash protection for bed and sockets if that was my van.
Beautiful van home. The only thing I would add would be some kind of splash guard to selerate the kitchen from the bedroom...to protect the bed from water & grease. You can tell everything is made with quality.❤
A magnificent build...very nice!!!so many things I love about this build...I could get really comfortable and relaxed in that van...owners will absolutely be happy with it.
Very great layout and love walnut counters. Also LOVE the double front seat. See that all the time in European camper vans. It makes so much sense in that small space!
Perfection! I love everything about this build, and I think the swivel seat/sofa is brilliant! I'm a Mopar girl, so I'm very partial to Promaster builds! As always, thanks for sharing!
Lots of nice to have features, but very little storage for clothing, shoes, pans, dishes, and other kitchen items, including food that doesn't need refrigeration. Also, no counterspace around sink at all. Where do you set down your pots, pans, dishes as you wash them? I do like the double swivel seat and would have liked to see that demonstrated to see how much room is required to swivel it into position.
NJOA;;PATRICK, HI,,GEEthese 2 guys did a very nice job with the SHORT WHEELBASE RAM, , I might say is the only van quickly available. It’s the ONLY FWD VAN, FORD, no delivery dates, SPRINTER NOW HAS A GAS ENGINE, forNON DIESEL FANS, but even with this short van nothing is lacking,, kudos to them., thanks for showing ;;;;🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Looks like all the comforts of home. At the sink, I too shake my paws...towel please 😁. I wouldn't care for removing toilet to shower but better than no shower . Thanks everyone.
It's a great camper van with shower and toilet and kitchen. However placing the sink next to the bed is the most impractical spot. Rememeber when you wash water is going to splash over your mattress/bed. Unless you have a piece of wood to block it or something.
Very nice build, I dont necessarily love the sink right next to the bed but, if ur gonna do that it would've been nice if the toliet could slide under the sink when showering & then be able to slide back when the toliet is needed..Also what was the name of the wifi on top of the roof? Does it stay up when driving or bad weather?
You should've put a partition between the bed and the sink Because I'm sure that bed will be wet every time you use the sink And put that power outlet somewhere else Not behind a sink
I love these videos, my only suggestion is that the spokesperson listen to his own recordings and realize how many times he says, "Um". When I was a National Sales Manager, after watching myself, I realized my own delivery needed help to sound more confident and professional....
Nice shower, seats. No storage for utensils, pans, plates, food etc. Only 2 small cabinets for clothes. No windows I the entire back. Will be too dark and closed.
I love everything about this build ESPECIALLY the double swivel seat. I’ve never seen that in any build. Absolutely stunning. Safe travels
Thank you Esther!
Thank you for the feedback
Love the sleek modern design. The green color works so well with wood tones👍🏽The owner was so pleased..he couldn't stop smiling!
So beautiful
Thanks for sharing. It's beautiful in person.
Dave's enthusiasm explaining the build speaks volumes. Minimalist and highly functional. Great build!
Thank you ASL, we love clean design lines
Dave was a lot of fun, maybe I’ll see him on Broadway.
Nice masculine design. Love the wood and the green bathroom tile. The best is that double passenger seat!
Thank you for the feedback Flora
Nice touch adding the owner's reaction and his explanation as to what he requested in the build.
Glad you liked it!
All small Rams should be designed this way! a complete van. Great job guys.
Glad you enjoyed it Jo
Thanks! We spent a lot of time figuring out how to fit everything into a 136WB - shower, 40 gallon water tank etc.
@@brooklyncampervans truthfully this is exceptional. Has it all.
The smile on the owners face says it all.
It's a very nice build.
Safe Travels and enjoy life to It's fullest.
Pat is so excited to go out and enjoy Vanlife

I'll bet. You did a fantastic job.
The double bench seat is a win. So common in Europe but not seen often here. I love that they fit everything into a 136.

Hi Wild Cat, thanks for the feedback! The outlet behind the sink is GFCI protected so no worries if some water droplet comes in contact.
A GFCI for this location meets the NEC Code and is safe.
Thank you for the feedback and for the concerns. Safety first
Use child safe plugs if your worried
Storage for closes closet hanging stuff. Beach and fishing gear. Does starlink fold down for during.what if you use bikes
Honestly I’d love this van. Heck watching this video, I’d drive the 18 hours to New York to buy that.
Go for it Michael
We'll be here!
Pretty amazing to fit kitchen and shower into a MWB van. 👌
Lots to fit in a small package
Love the unique wall finish
It’s really nice
Really like that swiveling “love seat”!

Beautiful build! Thanks for sharing! Jane in SC ❤️
Thank you Jane, always supportive of the channel
The sink might be a little close to the bed but I can understand keeping the plumbing all together. Otherwise, a very good Van build.
Thank you for the feedback

Very cool
Brooklyn campervans in the House! great looking Build............ what's the price for the standard build......
Starts at 48,800!
This build started at $48,800

I agree. I would rather see the shower next to the bed. Does not look convenient or efficient at all.🐾🇺🇸🐕🦺🦮
Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated

Thank you for the feedback. It is Starlink and is not permanent mounted
Before someone drops a pan and cracks that induction stove glass, add a cover
Add a partition between the sink and bed if they want to use the sink
Thank you for the suggestions, always looking to improve
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures You are welcome
Can you tell us what this type of build costs? Just a ballpark figure with the features you have shown.
50k
@@NYC_VanLife Is that just the conversion or the van and the conversion?
Just conversation
The conversion costs $50,000 us if the customer supplies the van
basin to close to bed otherwise nice build
Thank you for the feedback
If you have to take the toilet out to shower,it should have been on sliders I would prefer the induction in a pullout drawer as well
Thank you for the feedback
Very nice Roman Clay wall. Did you apply that with a putty knife?
I’m not sure what process the used. I am sure there are many good techniques
Great job I was thinking about the Mercedes Benz ( it looks nice)
How ever it’s Over priced
And it Doesn’t have a Shower or Toilet
But yours does 👍🏾

How much does it cost?

Nice shower, seats. No storage for utensils, pans, plates, food etc. Only 2 small cabinets for clothes. No windows I the entire back. Will be too dark and closed.
Thank you for the feedback, there were two more drawers not shown. Many city campervans do not have windows for security reasons
Do unless you're 5 foot 2 that bed is way too short
It’s above the beam so it’s linger than you think it is
Looks pretty impractical for more than one person.
Not sure how
It's a nice looking g van however this has about the least amount of storage I've seen in a van in a while
Thank you for the feedback. So far Pat is happy with the storage capacity
How much for you to build this Van ?
The build out started at $48,800
