I haven't been around for the full 8 years that OvenBreak has been out, but I've been playing on and off for about 3 years now. Very few things have managed to capture my heart quite like Cookie Run has. Here's to another year of cookies 🍻
Nothing wrong with them. They're easy to understand, easy to complete and easy to make. I'd prefer them keeping the same thing rather than changing them for worse (lab cough cough)
People are playing this game to have fun not to collect rewards in the easiest and most efficient way. Collecting rewards won't give you any satisfaction if the way you get them is incredibly boring and repetetive like the coin title events that they paint over every new update. I would gladly take risk of a "worse" event mode if it means we will get anything other than coin titles. Cookie run is all about variety so when they do repetetive stuff that they can easily change it makes the experience worse for most players. We already do the most samey thing EVER which is running, this games whole gimmick. So why not add some variety in the event modes and make it more fun without even touching on the actual gameplay?

I really think CROB has some of the best game design of any mobile game, because you guys actually care about what makes the game fun and engaging, even in the long term. It's what's kept me playing almost every day since I discovered the game a few years ago. Just keep doing what you're doing!
