One year into it, I have learned so much about self-care, But at the same token, I’m mad at myself for burying this all, not being wise about my life decisions, and ultimately fear was at the root of it.

Betrayal Blindness is true. It happened to me. I found out that it was too painful to confront my husband in fear that he would leave me.
