  • Rasmalai is a famous Indian desert. It is also known as Rasamalei. Kesar Rasmalai is prepared using Milk, Vinegar, Sugar, Pistachios, Almond, Cardamom Powder and Kesar. Milk is boiled and diluted Vinegar is added to split it. Chenna is separated by filtering and washed with water to remove traces of Vinegar. Cheena is strained tightly and small tikkis are made after kneading the Chenna. In another Pan Milk is boiled for 15 to 20 Minutes and flavored with Cardamom powder, Kesar, Pistachio and Almond. Milk is Cooled and tikkis are added into sweet flavoured Milk. Cool in Refrigerator and serve the Kesar Rasmalai. Please view the video and share your feedback.
