I'm even late than that post from one year ago, that says that Rocío discovered this band, well, I suck and don't laught at me, I'm re-watching THE HILLS and one episode of Season 3 (2007) they play this song when the lyrics went "First love, last love, only love" and I searched for the song with these lyrics and it went down for me, I was like "better late than never" I liked this song a lot, and I'm preparing myself to be amazed when I'd be listening other songs from this band.
I love it so much! :) The music, lyrics and video. They've got great ideas and all those little details like the broken mug or the the silly cactus under the windscreen. I love it :))
I saw their last concert in Alexandra Palace, and I really regret they are not writing music anymore. I listen to A LOT of indie. The Maccabees have been the best indie band of the last 10 years.
