I will admit the dragon master is cool, but nothing Hit Me harder in my childhood then Ke pa's revival/transformation... Now that was a chilling villain, he is probably still the strongest villain in the entire franchise!

Listen, even with his power to take chi, jindiao required the heroes chi, his original chi, a power so great that is only accessible to one person in the entire universe once every generation, it was this very power that was used to fight off against the demons, however it is noted that not even oogway in his prime with the power of the heroes chi could defeat the king of the demons (Ke Pa) instead, he could only truly defeat the king of demons with the power of heaven and Earth perfectly combined by the Peachtree, and even that wasn't enough to kill him, it is also mentioned and shown that even if a demon is Hit with the power of heroes chi, they don't necessarily die, instead they respawn in the underworld which is underneath the jade palace, meaning that no matter how you slice it, Ke Pa is effectively immortal, not to mention his size, which is much larger than jindiao's, he can control lightning and storms powerful enough to shake the earth, don't forget he also kind of has telekinesis, and I think he might have fire breath I'm not sure. Point is, despite all of the lore hyping him, Jindiao has only ever been shown to use chi based attacks, he also has no counter to the telekinesis, however he is also effectively immortal, so if these two were to fight, Ke Pa would definitely be an equal match for Jindiao, that being said, Jindiao's size and lack of abilities do make him weaker, but he would survive because his soul would simply go into another body, basically if these two were to fight, they would endlessly clash and never stop fighting no matter how many people or places are destroyed in the process, that being said, Ke Pa could use the spirit Urn and then seal away Jindiao, but yeah they are very much equal.
Jindiao was a pretty good villian for the first season in Paws of destiny. And i really like his design as a Vulture before he became a dragon
