TLDR; you need at least tier 1 Light Alignment before the Darth Marr cutscene. I choose all dark side choices throughout the whole main storyline (no side missions) and accumulate at least 3650 Dark Side points. This has been a project months in making because of how I accumulate the light side points till 4861 light side points.
