Hello, I watched your video and have the same issue as a few other people. Every time I connect to either band it automatically asks for a password. This is on two different phones. hopefully you can help before I return the device.
Hey, I'm not sure if you can help me but I have the similar thing as yours FW-AC1200 but after I used it for a few days, It started turning off and turning back on randomly.
I made a mistake setting it up and want to erase the network name and start over but when I enter the needle point into the reset button it does not erase and go to original settings.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. Did you figure it out? Is it the same product as in the video or different? Did you try changing the original wifi password? Also I noticed it'll have a hard time working with open networks.

Thank you for the note. I totally forgot to do that. I will make another video where I will test the speed from the network itself, then from the extender and see what we find. I haven't noticed any lags or anything, but I'm curious to see the readings myself.

You fail to do a speedtest, because I have an extender of a different brand, it's not what they advertised, slow as Molasses.
