Can DIM make estrogen too low? I have been on it for a couple years and I was very low in my E1, E2, E3 at the top of the page, but high in the 2-OH-E1. I don't know if I am over doing the DIM? Also can DIM lower testosterone/androgen activity and DHT?
Im confused with this one. My 2-methoxy-e1 is low suggesting im more on the met side of my met/val COMT gene BUT I have low dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine so I darent treat it incase they decrease further. Can the methoxy be low from MTHFR alone as I have one copy of the c667. Im not deficient in any B vitamins

What if my estrogen was low on Dutch test but every doctor I see says it’s fine. Who do I need to talk to?
