To make shredding chicken easier, I've seen people in other cooking videos grip one side of a cooked piece with tongs (I use my left hand); then I use my right hand to "scrape" the chicken with a steak knife away from the tongs. It makes it so much easier. I also never could get the two fork shredding method to work. Thank you for all the recipes you share. They have all been delicious and easy to make!
We made this beef stroganoff tonight but stirred in frozen peas right at the end and it was delish. Even my picky 3 year old enjoyed it. Because so much of it was “idle time” while it was pressure cooking, I already had the dishwasher loaded and the kitchen clean before we sat down to dinner. Thanks for sharing. 💃🏽
This video is what I needed. I love using my Instant Pot, but I cook a limited number of dishes on it. Could you pleaseadd the link to your garlic press? 🙂
Hi! I’m sorry, I understand! I personally don’t have a dairy intolerance so I’m just gluten free. But figuring that out was hard. I was hungry a lot at first because I just didn’t know how to eat. I did figure it out and now I don’t have to think about it. I pray this for you too!
If you hate shredding chicken - I suggest cooking it just a few minutes longer! I used to have that problem.. now I can just touch it with a fork and it falls apart!

Amazing recipes! 💖 ... Also.. As an Australian, I was soooo shocked to hear the word 'Coriander' in an American RUclips video. 😂
Are you dairy free now with hashimotos? Recently found out I have PCOS and struggling with the restrictions 😅 Def been failing at it.
