Going through the (e)motions diaries: feeling alone, not having community, change

  • I felt inspired to start a series where I just take you along and talk honestly, vulnerably, and share the hard stuff. This series will be called:
    Going through the (e)motions diaries
    Why? idk why.... I guess I'm hoping for connection. With myself and how I feel and what I want in my life. And connection with others who are also maybe feeling the same way I am.
    I think sharing hard, heavy stuff is brave and healing so I thought I would give it a shot. So please be gentle with me. I am still learning to understand these feelings and learning to process and grow from these hard phases of my life.
    Keep in mind, I am not feeling this way 24/7 so know that I am okay. I find ways to cope, to relax, and break these unhealthy thought patterns. Making this video was helpful too.
    Anyways, I hope you enjoy this video! I'm excited to share more openly and vulnerably here on this series. Not just the heavy stuff but also all the good and happiness I experience In life. There will definitely be more to come :)
