    I saw Queen and Billy Squire at the Shoreline Ca. in the late 70's and was totally blown away ! Didn't know what to expect ! They left a Musical Imprint in my Mind forever ! R.I.P. FM !!!

    The drummer Roger Taylor could have been the lead singer for almost any other band. Part of what sets Queen apart is the vocal greatness of the harmonies. Unrivaled.

    Fabulous, but sooo much better live - try Montreal '81 or Milton Keynes '82, both versions different but equally wonderful. As for Freddie's leotard, pretty much his staple outfit back in the early days, and you knew at some point those straps would come down.

    "White Queen" Live in Hammersmith Odeon 1975. You really get to appreciate Freddie's piano playing 🎹 & Brian makes his 🎸 guitar sing. Beautiful performance!

    Freddie was a huge fan of Aretha Franklin who was the queen of soul music and he wrote this song as a tribute to Aretha. Queen created beautiful harmonies in the studios, but their live performances were on another level. Pls, check out the live version at Montreal 81.

Live versions of this song at Montreal and especially Milton Keynes, also White Queen at Hammersmith Odeon, Who Wants To Live Forever at Wembley and Freddie's impromptu vocals at Wembley!     I was literally thinking the exact same thing about Freddie Mercury and Prince and their outfits! They were PROFESSIONAL performers and put on a show no matter what! They took what they were doing seriously and had such amazing personas (I'm sure in their personal lives they were not exactly like they were on stage). So much respect for their talent and again, professionalism and dedication to entertainment.

    Growing up in the 60's and 70's I was fortunate to see many concerts. I am now 63. Harrisburg PA in 1974 I went to a concert with 3 bands. Top billing was Mott the Hoople, 2nd billing was Aerosmith, and bottom billing was...Queen. It was awesome. Interesting how through the years that ranking changed.

    MY FAV SONG!! ❤️ My fav live performance of Somebody To Love is at Milton Keynes 1982. Queen is on Fire 🔥 and Freddie is unbelievable at the piano 🎹 Montreal 1981 is pure perfection, too! Oh heck, Hammersmith is awesome cuz young Freddie is unleashed! Wow!! OMG such a good song!! ❤️❤️❤️

    i was born in 2008 so i wouldn't have known about queen at all, but ive known them since i was 10 HA! i memorized a lot of their songs thanks to my father who introduced them to me when i was little🥺💜, and yo when i was in elementary i was so excited to tell all my classmates about them and influence them, LOL and it worked!! A lot of my old classmates know them and their history😎🖤

    This is probably one of the best Queen songs to show the difference between Queen's Studio version (with all the Harmonies in place and the technical skills shown) and the live versions (Montreal 1981 and Milton Keynes 1982), where the skill of the band members and the power of Freddie on stage forces you to not notice the lack of polish

    Freddie showing off (vocals) to this song would be the live performance at Montreal 1981. That performance has more Power and Energy making this one like a lullaby.

    Yeah, you're right it was Wayne's world. Would you please do a reaction to Skid Row Wasted Time? The lead singer wrote it about his friend being addicted to heroin, the vocals though from the lead singer are just off the charts incredible.

    The Wayne's World movie featured Bohemian Rhapsody, and caused a major resurgence in the songs popularity. Though it was always one of the best songs around. This song is another example of how Queen is one of the great bands of all time. Great reaction.

    Not sure if anyone commented but your Wayne's World reference is hysterical but while yes their hairstyles looked like Freddie in this video, they put "Bohemian Rhapsody" into a scene in their movie. In fact, that's when I first heard the song, got hooked with the headbanging in the car-scene, and then realized all the other music Queen sang that I already loved. Anyway, google the scene in Wayne's World/Bohemian Rhapsody. To this day, if it comes on the radio while I'm driving, I have to pull over because I HAVE TO do the headbanging! lol

    Some body to love is my ringtone (lol) I just love Queen especially Freddie Mercury., because this man was a big fan of Aretha Franklin 👸🏾. He wanted to do a song with her & even though he’s not here his music is & I’m happy that people are listening and loving his music. Freddie Mercury never saw color
