@@BigNick504 technique over everything. If you have to go slower or punch lighter in order to have better form, then do it. Also work on putting your weight more on your back leg, i cant count how many times ive seen an amateur eat a counter because he was too far on his front foot. Other than that you are looking great!
Great work! Remember to bring your hands right back to your face after each punch, and keep that chin tucked
