Yo man, enjoying your videos bur i have one issue. The titles. Youre kind of being self depricating in them. Words are powerful and the words we use can keep ua in submission or liberate us. You're not 'trying' to be fast, instead you ARE developing punching faster. I know it seems small but by saying you are trying implies that you might not. Speak and write with certainty and confidence. Your performance and skills will also improve dramatically. Just little tactics to fine tune that inner voice and be the best we can be. Hope this resonates and keep up the good work man!
@@amplifiedsight4516 i will give it a try man. Just feels odd when I say something positive and have 6000 negative comments follow right behind it so I figured I’d beat it to the punch. But I get what you are saying.
good idea to attach the string there for head adjusting movement
Good work, bro.
Thank you man. Still have a lot to work on

@@Koda716 I did notice that
Great work! Remember to bring your hands right back to your face after each punch, and keep that chin tucked
@@Yorgimus I swear this session I was trying to keep the hands up more but it was always late.
@@BigNick504 technique over everything. If you have to go slower or punch lighter in order to have better form, then do it. Also work on putting your weight more on your back leg, i cant count how many times ive seen an amateur eat a counter because he was too far on his front foot. Other than that you are looking great!
@@Yorgimus agreed! On all of it! This is the first few weeks I’ve been trying to focus on keeping my weight back so it’s new.

Bag sparring is cool but you need a brother or sister swinging back and grappeling with you for food😂 we live in america and some people have food stamps, but that last chicken nugget was like the title and the belt between my siblings.
@@Bladeoppscod oh I’m with ya. I’m supposed to get cleared to spar again this week. Been on a lay down since nose surgery.
That’s right
@@_Xv700 hell yeah
Advice...from someone who's had and used DAILY his own boxing garage gym... Ditch the fan. Exchange for a heater. I use an electric AND a propane at the same time. Turns the garage into a sweat box... You ever see UFC fighters working out and then wringing their shirts out with tons of sweat pouring out? There's a reason for that...adopt it. And keep up the good work.
@@NestingSpider I would die bro. I’m in south Louisiana with 100 degree weather and 100 degree humidity. I literally loose 2-3lbs per workout.

Why are you wearing headgear when no one is swinging at you???
@@NestingSpider it’s new I am trying to stretch it out and get used to seeing through a headgear with a full face bar.

@@sergiopayan2391 always man and thank you
Keep it up bro. You have the basic movements down impressive.
@@slowgainsnonstop2882 thanks bro. We are getting there, slowly but getting there
@@BigNick504 For sure.
You are able to throw your punches and than move your head from side to side but if you bend your knees a lot more when you move your head to one side you can plant your feet and swing back to the other side regaining your balance but only if you drop your body by bending the knees; crouching down and than up again. Also throw longer combinations even the same one repeatedly on this heavy bag and don't box it, but wait for it to be in the position that you can reach it and than explode with your four or five punches on it. The speed bag is more for head movement like you are doing here on the heavy bag since that ball comes flying back at your head.
@@HPCthulhu2011 I gota work on that. You have any drills I could start with on this that you could think of?
I would like to see the bag swing and you either stay in one spot waiting for the bag to come into reach or else you move yourself into the bag and attack it and than exit. When the bag swings towards you, you can deaden it with a big right hand which is meant to stop it and than follow with hooks, plus optionally follow it immediately and land another hook or double hook with the same side. String up a rope and practice ducking the rope and walking forward because on an attack on a bag moving in to it to attack it, if you can move and duck it is a better position to thow punches. Also rope, move forward, duck side to side, also throw uppercuts.@BigNick504
@@HPCthulhu2011 that’s actually a really good idea. I may try this when I get off work. I can Probly string one bag to the other.
@BigNick504 If there isn't a heavy bag spring attachment than get one of those. It will help the bag move. For now, throw your counter punches but than move into the bag similar to being in a clutch position with the bag, hands up. You are touching the bag because you moved into it. Now throw a combination on it and than exit.
@@HPCthulhu2011 ok I can definitely do that!
I hope you're not offended by this when I say that you look like the boxing version of Brock Lesnar.
@@jesselowe9374 take it as a compliment
