Meme Mayhem (4th win) - Vampire build

Vampire build has a slow build up.
Key perk to get is "Tough" which adds a % of Max Health as Health Regen for defense, "Early Grave" which reduces enemy Health Regen for offense.
Pivoted to Dodge as Health Regen alone is not enough.

Im guessing the negative regen means that they take damage overtime with that - *Number*

Dodge helps alot late game with decent Crit Chance and getting the Yin to Yang perk, the final boss will be very difficult without dodge, but i can try
