And one of my friends who mains Jigglypuff says it's fair, meanwhile he can use sleep at low % and no matter how much you mash, you will take that fmash or rest k.o. Also Jiggly doesn't have startup delay, need to time it with enemy attacks or even remotely as long endlag as bayo have.
She is the problem is that the move is still active during and after witch so she can clank with moves and get hit after. I think the move should end before witch time ends without extended witch time.

Seriously… He played against a lightweight enemy with a fuck off huge hit-box on a stage with a low ceiling. I get what Mkleo was trying to do, but the resulting nerfs due to that match paired with the collective of toxic vitriol Bayo-antis spewed since her release made the lives of Bayo mains a living hell lmao If there’s to be another Smash installment, I really do hope she gets some buffs at least because holy shit she is so dysfunctional as of now 😭
@@jaguar4120 yep cause nintendo hates game balance, so they left pikachu and pythra and stuff untouched, but didnt buff bayo at all in a helpful way :) like making her moves work properly, making sdi slightly less effective maybe? making jab connect, making up air and nairs hitbox match the visual... making her smash attacks not clank, and making with time good

If they were as generous with the amount of witch time in Bayonetta 1 as they were in this game, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. It's also kinda dumb how they still made her vulnerable in Smash even though Bayonetta 1 lets you go all out without having to worry about getting attacked (Now, if only we had Bracelet of Time...)

Unless you main bayo you will never understand how jarring she is as a character to play, there isn’t any other character who dies from doing the only thing she can do which is combo, no other counter is actually this shit other than shulks vision but even then you can’t punish him for missing. She has some amazing specials and two good neutral moves that carry her. I completely understand why one would say she’s bad. Cause she either performs like a low tier or a top tier character and there isn’t an inbetween

Your best bet is to hit them with forward tilt or up air then smash attack because it’s fast and interrupts
