Vi allenate sempre a Bagnolo Mella? Io sono di Poncarale e mi piacerebbe allenarmi con voi. Se volete vi posso portare la traduzione di persona. Allenamento pugilistico ne ho già fatto un po' mentre studiavo all'estero.

    This is pretty solid. My only critique and it could be a matter of style is I was always taught not to lock my elbows, meaning fully extending your arm when punching. This is for health reasons though and not power as you're obviously punching through your target.

    I punched a lot of people during my lifetime.....I always broke my hand...skull is too hard than a hand...you cannot control the target people have reflexes they slightly move and it can broke your hand...but you can take people in just one punch pure solid punch..I was trained in combat judo karate and arnis...my hand is trained to box solid objects...but the skull is too hard..the more force you put in your punch, the more likely you will broke your hand....

    Great stuff guys,us old Karate people who have done a lot of breaking can relate to the hand position,plus the vertical punch is a must when compensating for a height disparity.Another factor is the size of your hand.

    In bare knucke fighting, the thumb should be on the the outer side of the pointing finger joint. You also need to keep pressure on it. This will give you maximum wrist support.

    Just a tip, - especially if you have bad shoulders like I do - do not punch the way the big guy is demonstrating. You always want to keep your shoulders seated and your elbows ever so slightly bent to avoid hyperextension and dislocation of joints.

    why do you only rotate for fist during training? do you not in a fight? maybe it was a typo idk it was all caps saying only in training.

    • @SpectralKnight
      @SpectralKnight 9 лет назад

      +jerryy538 Rotating the wrist adds more power, but if you get the timing wrong you could seriously injure yourself. Better to leave the fight with a slightly bruised wrist, than to get it broken during the first punch. And when in a real fight you are were likely to not be as precise in timing as you are in training. Hope that helped

    • @SpectralKnight
      @SpectralKnight 9 лет назад

      +jerryy538 Glad I could help :) Also for every movement you get a little more tired and unfocused, adding to the risk.
      Though if you can, hit them with an elbow strike to the face (or solar plexus) instead. It's usually easier on your body if you don't have much physical training and it's very efficient in quickly stopping a fight (which is what you want). Also there is no wrist damage and if done right most of your body weight behind it (so a lot more power). You do have to hit though, slamming into a wall is going to hurt like a m.f. and potentially break something, but then again so is using a bare knuckle against a solid wall. So a general tip would be don't fucking miss, be reasonably sure you hit. And don't start fights, but finish them.
      +Rusty Shackleford
      Thank you I try :) Yeah didn't think about your entire upper body weight slamming down on your broken wrist (ouch :) )

    • @SpectralKnight
      @SpectralKnight 9 лет назад

      ***** Well yeah getting the first strike is always recommend. It really throws your opponent off. And yeah diversifying your attack pattern is a great idea. Which is why I suggested an elbow strike, it's usually better for amateurs.
      I feel like I just met a kindred spirit :) (On youtube, who would have thought)
      All the best to you as well man :)

    Questa cosa del pugno che deve arrivare circa a 45° è la prima volta che la sento in vita mia ed è abbastanza errata. Se da un lato è vero che il viso non è lineare è pur vero che un diretto DEVE rispettare la biomeccanica delle ossa e delle articolazioni per cui polso-gomito-spalla DEVONO essere in linea per evitare infortuni. A 45° ti perdi il colpo (come succede nella fine del video quando tiri forte) e in un contesto reale ti sloghi il polso.

    I'm sure this guy would kick my ass, but I'm wondering about his elbows when throwing punches. I get that fully extending them gives fighters a longer reach, but it puts one in danger of getting a broken elbow, which sucks.
