This is extremely useful. You can look at this in a different way: the door is closing and you're rushing to get through them, while blocking the door from closing while going through.
I'm Brazilian and I really like your channel and your tips, that helped a lot, because I'm a karata trainer (sensei) I want to teach new tricks to my students, and this will help me a lot, Grate!
I like how it isn't entirely coreographed. He just shows you the block and push back, and the offense is up to you. From the defense you could throw knees and run, throw a knee and then start bashing their head in, take then down, throw them and run, or throw them and break something, etc. Whichever works best and you can think of it yourself.
You gotta keep in mind this is only a demonstration of a single moment, if you were actually getting attacked things go by much, much faster. Just because you stopped the initial punch doesn't mean there won't be another one coming. Your attacker could easily resist and attempt to back off or kick or stomp on your legs. Don't view this video as a catch all for hooks just an idea of what you COULD do
D Money Nah that a whole load of bullshit my guy. Trust me I've boxed and I love boxing and mma. You're not going to go into any fight with this "Defend all move" you saw online. If the guy your fighting is thinking 2, 3 or 4 steps ahead of you like most boxers with solid experience should and your still thinkin like "If he throws a hook it's over" you're going to be waiting or react to that hook and the counter is already there to fuck you up
The main thing that people need to remember when it comes do tutorials and such is. 1. You need to repeat these with someone and practice over and over until it is a smooth and controlled reaction. 2. You can NOT just learn 1 thing. You need to go in depth with this and learn all of these techniques to use the simultaneously if a bad situation ever were to arise. 3. This takes years of practice. Like going to a gym to get in shape. You must do the same for any martial art. You must make time daily to keep yourself sharp and learning the art. People should definitely put time into self defense training to protect themselves and others.
I like these videos. Even tho I don't speak the language, the content is educational, and right to the point. You now have another subscriber. Thanks for your training.
JEEZ this is the most practical and awesome self defense system. Note that he is not concerned with "finishing" his opponent. He blocks, counters, then pushes him away and runs the hell out of there. Just the sequence of techniques you would need in a bar parking lot.
I use this consistently. I hear alot of people say how is it if you dont see it coming thats why you have to be present minded during the fight, work on your reaction time and watch body movements and tells. Unexperienced fighters often pull back or lean in or show their move before they perform it and think you only counter once its over if you follow throw with proper combo.
This is the first KM video I see in my life and I gotta say it's very brutal. I wish I had the funds to retake self-defense classes. I did 3 months of aikido in the mid-90s and I had a total blast!
if you have the cold blood to pull it off then you'll be alright, cause the principle indeed is simple, effective but most important accurate but average fighters might have real trouble getting used to the coming forward to the hit instead of backing up...but this is truly the way to do it, attitude...
Great videos! Coach, could you please download videos about workouts for muscles & fitness. Also nutrition Programs videos (Better that you use it)? Thanks
I like this video thank you for sharing. Is Krav Maga something someone wanting to learn self defence can do at any fitness level? I want to learn but am not that fit. Of course I am working on that but I want to try it out anyway.
I’m hooked on this channel. There’s a Bunch of assholes out there. I’m always thinking of the worst case me not going home. These lessons will help me build my confidence and feel even more secure. Thanks a lot
+daryll dave agraan And please, don't learn self defense in the name of vengeance Just protect yourself should they try anything and be careful as to what you do to them

KRAV MAGA TRAINING Io sono trilingue vi potrei aiutare volentieri
Il video è in italiano ed è sottotitolato in inglese, se tu potessi tradurlo anche in una terza lingua te ne saremmo grati! ;)
KRAV MAGA TRAINING i can do it
KRAV MAGA TRAINING I can do it. I can translate the video into uzbek language.
Now the English translation is even smaller, harder to see, shucks.
Still can't fight, but learning Italian.
Yeah, krav maga teach you how to survive, not to fight
@@elgas34 I say a mix of both. It's mainly self defense and you take the person down

That's for sure. And what happens when it just seems that a hook is coming and suddenly it becomes an uppercut?
He blocks and counters at the same time simultaneously so the opponent won't throw the second punch because you intercepted his attack
D Money

The point is that a certain a strong hit in the nose, automatically invalidated to your opponent.

Great demonstration of efficient & effective self defense 👍👍
Buon istruttore e molto professionale che spiega e dimostra le tecniche.
Sensacional !!!
Ótimas orientações em defesa pessoal.

Good tip on not backing up but instead stepping toward him more.
Great content. Thanks!
I LOVE this trainings. After watching many videos I think I might be in love with the instructor 🤣🤣 who is he btw?
He's Captain Italian
good stuff, thanks for posting.
This is actually the only movement of crav Maga I have seen so far that could work
krav maga is nothing new or innovative. Its a mix of all types of styles like wrestling and bjj and muay thai with added ball kicking and eye gauging.
Super trening, pozdrawiam z Polski!
Wow, that's very efficient
During the 60's 70's and 80's there were not many masters around...after the internet came along every second person is a master...

everything in krav maga is like that, you need to have guts and "risk" it but if you do it correctly your opponent is down in a second
I like it your full videos

+daryll dave agraan hope it worked buddy.. im facing a guy 30 pounds heavier than me, and i weigh 225..

Pretty much all of these techniques are used as defence, not attack, and against a single opponent, if you got 4 guys punching you it's gonna be hard
well done, congrats
