    Hi Mam, very nice video. I live in a european country and don't get sunlight, can this be prepared without much sunlight, the homes are heated so house temperature is usually above 18 C?

      difficult to give scientific evidence for most ancient recipes, especially fermented ones. However, you can research or read the book - "the art of fermentation" by sandor katz to understand fermentation. hope this helps.
