In 2019 I travelled by train to New York City to see Band-Maid for 2 night shows...they were really good! In 2022 I flew down to see Band-Maid in New York City (they were amazing) and the next day I flew to Boston to see them again! On both shows I have to say they had gained so much talent and skill it was almost night & Day....In 2023 due to family reasons I missed their USA Tour but I watched their online streams! If you get a chance do not miss seeing them live!! Peace & Respect from Montreal
Live in oHIo. Have flown to Philly & Houston to see them. In June flying to Japan to see them (& The Warning)!

@@TomClark-Futoura pretty sure there are several fanvids of both concerts on youtube. In Philly the crowd was def louder & the venue had much better acoustics than the Houston venue did. Was unfortunate cuz they played 3 of my fave songs (as opposed to just 1 in Philly). Otherwise Houston would've been my fave of the 2

Brandon, Any Band-Maid video you react to will be worth it. You'll find out the last Band-Maid song react to may be your new favorite. We Maidiacs (what Band-Maid fans call ourselves) find out that often happens. Now I have heard every Band-Maid song at least once and many more than once, and I have found out (you will to) there are so many hidden gems of musicianship in their music. Musical genres do not define this band's music. We Maidiacs have decided to call their songs "Band-Maid Music". Also, don't worry about being addicted to their music. There are about 30 million of us out there who are.
I discovered Band-Maid around New Years 2023. 5 months later I was on a plane to see them live. They tour most every year in the US btw.
The Maids toured the states in 22 & 23, saw them 3 times ! They are releasing a new album this summer and are dropping a new song on April 17th co-written with Mike Enzinger of Incubus. But alas, no 2024 dates have been announced, hopefully some fall dates ?

Happiest drummer ever! Seen them play live twice. By far the best 2 concerts I've been to!
I suggest these BM songs: Thrill, Dice, Manners, Bubble, Blooming, Influencer, Puzzle (live), No God (live), Onset (live) & Real Existence (live)

@rogerchance9074 Yes, I figured that out, that probably you target mainly the smaller channels-because they are listening to you! Bigger ones can't afford to take suggestions just from the comments, they would be overloaded. They have to introduce filters, mainly through making people pay on Patreon or by PayPal. Which is understandable.
But you are doing amazing job! If a reactor is a good person, then his/her reaction to BAND-MAID will be a great promotional tool for the channel. Easily 2.5k new subs from Maidiacs alone, I would say. We the fans benefit from a nice reaction, and the reactor benefits from a significant boost to the channel. Win-WIn.

I'm glad that some of my videos have helped some people to appreciate the Maids better.
I'm saving money and vacation days now for their European trip, I hope it will happen later this year. I wonder what kind of venues they will book. If it will be smaller clubs, I'll be overjoyed. Those small venues are much better for intimacy. Already the US Houses of Blues were a bit too big for me. I actually wanted to go to Japan, but I lost a couple of lotteries, and it's pretty meaningless to try to buy a ticket at a later stage, I'll be in the toilet again, and I don't want it.

On June 12th in Japan Band Maid will be playing a show with THE WARNING 3 sister's from Mexico who are taking over the rock scene.. all 3 sing(in English) 19,22,24 yrs. Old. Best live band I've seen in 20yrs try a new release AUTOMATIC SUN(studio version) also "HELL YOU CALL A DREAM" LIVE AT PEPSI CENTER CDMX.. you'll thank me later 🤘🎶✌️
Try 'The Warning'. They're from Monterrey Mexico! Check out 'Evolve' and 'More' from their MTV VMAs appearance. Of course, always... Band-Maid! Can't go wrong with any of their songs! Maybe in keeping with the theme, check out Band-Maid's track called 'Warning!' next. The Music Video of it is exceptional.
Be careful!!! Do not do B-M reactions just to get likes! If you're listening to too many B-M songs, you might become an addict to them. You risk finding your old favourites to becoming a little bit boring and instead of "Angry Rock/Metal" you suddenly start to crave "Happy Metal/Rock".

I feel you. I am so bored of scowling tatted up ugly guys dressed in black playing everything that they know at 250 bpm in the first 10 seconds. Band Maid actually smile and laugh, they at times appear to be having more fun than their fans ( masters and princesses) if that is possible. I always like to point out on this live version of Freedom, how on the left hand side of the screen Miku and kanami are clapping their hands, pumping their fist and cheering for Akane during her drum solo. How many other bands show that kind of enthusiasm for the other band members??? I can't think of any. I ain't gonna lie. They are not hard to look at.

They toured the US in 2022 and 2023, but so far no announcement of touring outside of Japan in 2024. I got to see them live four times, twice in 2022 and twice in 2023, and these ladies are next level, live! Their live shows are more than just a musical performance, much more immersive getting the crowd involved and interacting with the crowd, just so fun! I hope they come back soon!
Hi Brandon, in 2023 I attended their North American 10th-anniversary tour- starting in Houston Tx and ending at Anaheim California every concert was fire they will be back in 2024 for sure ---thanks for sharing
I just saw Band-maid in Oct 2022 & May 2023 in the USA. Always a great show. I hope to see them again in the Autumn or Winter of 2024. Just need to wait and see the schedule. Only time will tell.

This is one of their videos that many people get their first taste on. This and Domination. (live). Thrill is their earliest. Onset and From Now On are instrumentals. They toured the US last year. They will be back.

They already came to the USA last year for there 10th anniversary tour. I got to see them perform live last year in August they are amazing thanks to them and baby metal I got into rock music I'm not hardcore rock fan but I'm getting there 😂🤘🔥💯

Band Maid visit the USA pretty frequently. I saw them perform live in San Francisco way back in 2017.
They were in the US in 2022 and twice in 2023 in May and August. Their current schedule has them in Japan through to the Summer, I'm sure they will be on tour in the Autumn but wether that's Europe, the US or elsewhere is yet to be revealed.

Even though Ichiro Iguchi from SCRAMBLES is credited with the arrangement of Freedom, there is no mention of him or the production company I could find on their official websites about any association with Band-Maid. He did bring the song to them and helped with the arrangement because he worked with Miku on the lyrics. When you create lyrics around an existing song, you will have to adjust the arrangement to make certain phrasings, etc. work.
Ichiro was and should have been credited with a collaboration on the lyrics and for bringing them the song and helping on the arrangement. But I’m willing to bet, based on knowing how the Maids play and sing, that they had much to do with the sound, structure and individual parts of Freedom, and just didn’t copy verbatim Ichiro’s song. I think Freedom, most likely, took on a completely different feel over the original because the girls have too much originality, creativity and style chops to not put their unique stamp on it. And for that, they should have maybe shared in the arrangement (music) credits… but that wasn’t done. Thanks Brandon, for covering one of Band-Maid's most played songs at their concerts!

120+ songs plus numerous live versions, superb MV's and live performances. Even the fancams are excellent! They never, ever disappoint, which is more than I can say for the numerous bands I've seen live since I first saw Sabbath back in 76. Band-Maid are THE best Hard Rock band on Earth (though they use elements of Metal, Blues, Jazz, Funk and other genres scattered about). You just missed their 2 tours of the USA but there is a video on YT of their 12 song set at Lollopalooza last summer.

You will not be disappointed if you do get to see them live. For my own taste, i wished I could have seen them in small venues in their earlier days. Nothing wrong with larger halls but unless you have a seat with a fantastic view, you are either down on the floor a long way from the stage. Basically watching disinterested security guards walk up and down a large void between the barrier and the stage or way up in the gods, as they are the only seats left.
