I’d NEVER live in that knowing it was in this state at one point but it’s a shame bcs it’s a nice house
There’s no way they can salvage that, they would most likely have to bulldoze it and start over with the original plans. ( meaning it could be rebuilt ) but it would be fun to see the process!

I agree with Cherina, about refurbishing the property would definitely cost way more than getting a rebuild, so restoring it would probably not be your best bet. My opinion, is you should completely bulldoze it, remove all the foundations, and do a full rebuild from the ground up as it does have potential, if it was rebuilt, especially to your lifestyle and design interests, it would be a great large home, in the nature. 🙂

So are you going to restore the building? Would look amazing if it’s restored. Need to spray the house with mould killer then rip all the walls, floors out, completely gut the house & then put in new walls and floors, and roof + windows and then decorate. It could look so nice if it’s restored. Could be rented out as a wedding venue if restored.
